Lloyd’s Automotive has been my provider for auto repair and maintenance for over 20 yrs. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car in tip-top shape. The staff is fabulous too. Jennifer is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dustin was able to knock out all of my “to-do” list for my car, while I waited. I really appreciated the way they were able to assist me in such a timely manner.

Best experience I’ve had! I called in Wednesday morning and spoke with Dustin and let me start off by saying how amazing he was from the beginning to the end. My car was having major problems with my fuel injectors to other issues and their team was able to get me my car out by Friday evening so I can go back to work. He helped so much by giving me a ride home and even gave me a ride back to the shop to get my car back on Friday, I live down the street from their shop and he did not hesitate at all. Not only did they fix that issue but they were able to give me call updates on what else that they highly recommend to get done which I also did as well. My Buick is running smooth and amazing like I remember. Going back to work during since I work nights is gonna now be a safe drive to and from work (: It was a pleasure doing business and will be going there from here on out. Thank you Dustin and the whole automotive team from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and amazing customer service. Price was absolutely affordable! Thank you so much.

We’ve been taking all our cars to Lloyd’s for several years now. We’ve taken my 92 Nissan Sentra SER, my son’s 2011 Nissan Sentra, my other son’s 2002 Lexus gs300, my mother in law’s 2005 Ford Taurus, my 1999 BMW 540i, my wife’s 2017 pathfinder there. I am mentioning all these different cars to show that they work on all different makes and models of cars. They have been so good to us that’s why we continue to take our cars there. The service is awesome and the Dustin and Garry have always been professional and pleasant to deal with and the quality work I receive from them is great. I know my cars will be on the road for many more years due to their quality work.

Okay, so I want to start off by saying that everyone was SUPER nice. Early March 2026, I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for some repairs. It was a cash car, and I needed to replace my back axle because my suspension was JACKED up. They did a wonderful job and my car drives super smooth now. I can make turns without worrying that my car is going to flip over. My issue came when I had to pay for services. It’s a cheap, cash car, so I knew that there were going to be a list of other repairs that I needed. I specifically asked to have the back axle fixed ONLY, and I’ll knock out the list of recommendations later. I was very adamant about that, and I repeated that a couple times during our initial interaction. I was quoted $1800. I left my car there over the weekend and picked it up on Tuesday. I also noticed that they didn’t call me much during the repairs. I had a rental at the time so I remember calling them Monday morning to get an update on the completion of repairs. They told me that it wouldn’t be done until Tuesday because they were waiting on parts. I would have saved money on rental car costs if I would have just dropped it off after they received the part, but I digress. I go in to pick my car up and they said my balance was $2300. I was told that my car needed new tires and they ordered 4 new ones. No one ever called me to ask me permission to have this done. So, they went ahead and tacked on an extra $500 repair that I didn’t agree to. I didn’t want to cause a scene, and thank GOD I had my credit card on me at the time. If I didn’t, I was probably gonna get locked up for not paying for a service I didn’t even ask for. They’re really nice, but if you come here make sure that you stay on them about what you want and don’t want. I know that I was very clear about the fact that I only wanted the back axle fixed. I won’t be coming back because I can’t trust that they might give me a surprise bill at the end of it all.

Lloyd's Auto Clinic handled the repairs through my insurance after my Hyundai was stolen. They were very proactive with parts to get everything repaired and back to me as soon as possible. They called with updates when necessary. When I got my car back, it looked practically brand new. They did a great job and handled everything with my insurance. I highly recommend them for your repairs. Make sure to give Grace a few belly rubs (Grace is a dog. Lol) Before and after pictures included.
