This morning, 6/22/26, I visited this shop at 8 AM opening. The manager Sean greeted me at the door, processed my request timely and Julio completed the work all by 8:30 AM. From outside the open bay I witnessed a the service team tackling the job. Tech Julio was very detailed, thorough and time efficient in completing work at the best standard of performance beyond my expectations. I had them do my back brakes and rotors since my brother only had time to do my front ones. They had my car two different days all day because there was a miscommunication the first day and no work got done. Fast forward almost a year and I was told by the dealership that my back brakes had 1 mm of life left and needed to be done but the front brakes are basically brand new. I call Les Schwab the guy tells me sometimes dealerships lie to get more money out of me but they will look. Obviously the back needed to be done I made sure to check with Acura if anything could be wrong and that’s why my back brakes went from brand new to 1 mm in less than a year and nothing was wrong.. Les Schwab charged me almost 1k for my back brakes and they never did them.. It’s my fault for not looking and making sure they did the job I paid them for but they are scammers for that. They replaced my brakes since I had a warranty but they know damn well they didn’t do the job the first time they got paid to do it

Great experience at Les Schwab! The team was professional, friendly, and worked quickly. They clearly explained everything and didn’t pressure me at all. The waiting area was clean — it would be nice to have a coffee machine and water available, but that’s just a small detail compared to the excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
