Absolutely an amazing experience. Being without your vehicle is stressful enough however the staff kept me updated, were super professional from reception to car pick up and honestly, I think my trunk opens better than it did pre accident!! Special shout out to Lexi as she simply defines what true customer service is!! Thanks Lexi and thanks Kent Collision!!

Some idiot backed into my car when my car was parked in a parking lot. He took off w/o leaving his info but thankfully, my attorney firm managed to find him. I called Tesla but they only do body shop in Bellevue & Lacey location. So, we decided to go to Kent Collision since they were the closest (at 30mins away) & they were certified to work on Tesla cars. Went in for an estimate in early October. Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my “audio system unavailable”. My horn & alarm wasn’t working. So, we took it back next day & dropped off my car. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. Also, they also forgot to peel off the tapes on both sides on the inside of bumper. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn’t pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!

I would strongly encourage anyone considering Kent Collision Center to be very careful before leaving their vehicle here. My experience was extremely disappointing and financially stressful. They charged me over $2,000 in storage fees without properly communicating that my vehicle was accruing charges of $185 PER DAY. At one point, they were trying to charge me over $5,000 total, even though no actual repairs were completed on my car. All they did was remove parts from my vehicle and perform an estimate that itself cost around $1,000. I was never clearly warned about the daily storage fees or kept updated while these charges continued adding up. In the end, I had to negotiate just to get my vehicle released back to me and still had to pay $3,800. My car was returned to me in pieces and not repaired. This experience made me feel like profit mattered more than customer care. I wish I had chosen a different collision center from the beginning. Please ask detailed questions about storage fees, written authorization, and communication policies before leaving your vehicle here. I would never again do business here be extremely careful!!!! They dismantled my whole car!!! I took it there for a quote and they ended up tearing my car apart and leaving it this way!!!

Kent Collision did an amazing job on my car. There is absolutely no evidence of damage. Paint was blended in perfectly. They are friendly and professional throughout. This was the second time I've used them and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this collision repair shop. Dwayne and Derek were outstanding throughout the entire process. My insurance claim ended up being very long and complicated, but they stayed professional, patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain the estimate, supplements, and how everything works with the insurance company, which made the situation much less stressful. Even though my vehicle was ultimately declared a total loss by the insurance company, Dwayne and Derek still did everything they could to help move the claim forward and properly document the damage. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers and doing things the right way. Everyone else I interacted with at the shop was also friendly, helpful, and professional and called back when they told me they would. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto body shop or collision repair shop, I would absolutely recommend this place. Great team, great communication, and excellent customer service. If you need collision repair or auto body work in the area, this is a shop you can trust. Derek, Dwayne, and the entire team made a stressful situation much easier and treated me with honesty and professionalism from start to finish.
