I appreciate being treated so politely and I knew basically what I needed done besides an oil change, so the price was not really a surprise. Shaun was such a nice guy, I will for sure be back. It was great to find a privately owned shop too instead of giving my money to a “big box store”.
View on GoogleWell I do a lot of these reviews and after a three days calling shops. I kept being told it will be 500 to start to fix my ac problem. I left a message for this shop on Sunday about the ac. She called me early about the issue. Told what I was told. Then I found out the real price 139 to start not 500 we have two special needs kids and lost our house last year in bad weather we're going home this year in like 3 weeks from the West Coast back to the central US $336 later The air flow in my car works so great that I can actually turn it down one or two on the knob. I fully recommend this shop. The family atmosphere she got popcorn for my little ones halfway through she let them play on her Alexa and ask a million questions so yes absolutely this Google reviewer recommends this shop out of any other shop in the area any of them we called them all half of them didn't even have the correct information to tell me on the phone these guys had it all showed me explain to me that's a good shop Fair and honest thank you very much for the amazing service you gave my family yesterday I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They have best in class service and I would highly recommend them to anyone . Honest , and professional with all my concerns . Great price and got my car back quickly with no hassles . I definitely will continue to be a loyal customer!

Their price was the lower from competitors, they were able to schedule the repair so that i can get my car quickly (less than 3 hours) and their workmanship is one of the best between all the places I've been in Auburn and Renton. Definitely recommend them.
