I am extremely pleased with the professional work from Iron Mike Automotive in 2025. They expertly handled a full refresh of my 2011 BMW E92 M3's rear suspension, installed new coilovers, replaced critical fluids, and repaired a cracked inner exhaust muffler. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. What really stands out is their honesty and proactive approach. They originally diagnosed the loose rear suspension issue, leading to the full repair. They always took time to answer all my questions clearly. The pricing is fair and offers great value. Because of this top tier experience, I will absolutely return to them for all my future maintenance in 2026. Highly recommended!

The guys really came through. My daughter is going to college in Auburn and she doesn't have any family for support, as her family lives 4 hours away. She dropped off her car to be fixed and it turned out that the wrong part had been ordered, but they were able to find the correct part locally, but they wouldn't be able to finish it that day. My daughter called me concerned because she didn't have a ride the next day and she had to work. After I called, not so happy, they guaranteed that they would get it done that night. They were true to their word and were able to make it happen. It makes my mom heart happy to know that my daughter was taken care of when I wasn't there to help. We will definitely continue to come back as needed while she is at college. I really appreciate them!!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I needed a carrier bearing press off a driveshaft and after a couple in the phone they told me to come down and got it done in 5 mins. Mind you this was 10 mins before they close. What absolute chads.

I put a negative experience with iron Mike but some how it got taken out of their rating. I will not go into details of what work they did or the results. I owe people to share my experience because I went to iron Mike because of the positive ratings. I will not return to Iron Mikes and it’s my recommendation for you to find another shop.

We had a solid mechanic where we moved from, have had a few not so great experiences at other places since we came to WA. Iron mikes just did a timing belt for us. On time, on budget, reminds us of our solid mechanic we were used to in the past. We’ll def be back here!
