I had my first experience coming to Gregs a few weeks ago, and I was blown away. This is the ONLY Sharp that I take my vehicles to now. I had a mouse get into my engine compartment and tear up the wiring. I did a brief search online and found that the repair cost can be from $6k-$9k. I was in panic to say the least I called Greg’s and had a fantastic service advisor named Parker who picked up the phone. Parker was not only friendly and extremely knowledgeable but was able to Give me a piece of mind. He said, he feel confident that his master technician can fix the issue Without rewiring the Electronics. I have never been so satisfied with an auto shop in my life. Not only did the cost come out to be A small fraction of what I expected, but they turned it around very quick. They even did a complimentary brief inspection of my vehicle and let me know that my tires were very bald. Parker recommended some great tires and I’m planning on getting new tires next. They did a thorough inspection of the car and let me know what other things I should be planning for going forward. There was an issue with the first parts they used to replace the belt. I was notified promptly. They helped me get to and from the shop. My timing belt got replaced and everyone I talked to was great. I will be coming back for future work.

Spencer and Sean were very accommodating, and Spencer ordered the tire so it would be there when I got there with the wheel. It was ready on time with no hassle. You honored Continentals road hazard warranty. We gladly paid for mounting and balance.
