I was recommended to this place by my father, since I haven’t had the best luck with auto services for quite some time. I usually have to drive all the way to Enumclaw, WA just to find a family-owned, honest shop I can trust. East Hill Side Auto Service did an excellent job. They even took my car for a drive to see if there were any noticeable issues, which I really appreciated. I originally came in for an oil change and was also informed about a few other services my car may need. Rommel was very professional, transparent, and honest. He was not pushy at all, which meant a lot to me. My car has pretty high mileage, and I already know I probably won’t be keeping it much longer. He gave me his honest opinion on what truly needed to be done now, what could wait, and what he would recommend if I planned on keeping the car longer. I really respect and value a place that gives safe, honest advice based on someone’s actual circumstances and budget instead of just trying to sell extra work. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I will definitely be coming back to get the other services I need. I really appreciate the time and care they put into my oil change. My Mazda is purring now.

Came by with my 2016 Mazda 6 that was shaky when idle and honestly had been severely ignored mechanically over the last 10 years. The owner of the shop was amazing, he worked with me and only took care of the items that were 100% necessary as we are new parents and funds are tight and we plan to trade in our car over the Summer. Kudos, felt good and honest, and was comfortable through the whole experience!

We moved & we were in Kent the other day & we just popped in as we needed a couple of things done & did not have an appointment but he told us what we needed & it would take about 1/2 an hour. View on GoogleI had taken my Jeep to the dealership in Auburn to have work done that they had informed me was needed and after jerking me around and not completing the service they were supposed to do AND then giving me a list of more work they discovered needed to be done, the team at East Hill Auto Service was able to do the work for half the cost that the dealership was going to charge and they completed the work in less time than the dealer said they would need. The East Hill Auto Service team is always the best.
