Rob & his team provided a thorough and complete service on my transmission. I brought in my 2013 Lexus after my check engine light came on. Pricing was fair and communication was great. Brought my car in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. Will be returning for future transmission services. Thanks Rob & Co.!
View on GoogleHad an appointment set up through Rob for 10 am on 4/22/25. Show up for the appointment and Rob is not there and he has the appointment book, supposedly. His racks were full of other vehicles. Made arrangements to have the work done at another location same day and for less money. From what we understood from others that this is normal for Ron, who is the owner.

I understand part deliveries are unpredictable ever since covid, perhaps a better option instead of taking much longer than promised would be to order and receive the non local parts before the client brings the vehicle in. Pre payment of parts would be fine for most people, also then the client will find out they don't accept credit cards.
View on GoogleTook my vehicle in to have assessed on a hard shifting when taking my foot off the gas. They did a test drive, check the the codes, found no codes and did a transmission service, dropped the pan and new filter. Found extremely dirty and burnt smell transmission fluid. I figured it was going to be Bad. New vehicle to me. Was recommend overhaul of transmission. The cost for the service was $325.00 (for looking at it and fluid & filter) seems expensive to me. Was not offered any additional options other than a full rebuild, thinking that would solve the problem without actually finding the problem. Found it disappointing that they didn’t investigate any further nor did they wanna try they just wanted to rebuild the transmission. I believe the problem lies within the valve body or the lead frame and or Solenoids that controls the transmission. You don’t need a rebuild to take a look those items. All so Extremely hard to find parking In the parking lot. A Lot of vehicles sitting there and the entrance /office was not inviting.
