Mobile Mechanic Seattle

Well I was going to write a good review but when he came out it was very nice he diagnose the problem it seems like a simple fix just needed the part so we ordered it off Amazon I got a jar of cherries which was not his fault so after taking everything apart in the car stuff that he didn't need to take apart he left to finish it the next day since we didn't get the right part we found one at AutoZone I tried calling him no answer went straight to voicemail of course I'm already pissed off because of dark cherries first we tell him to come then we tell him not to come and then be home to come again because we got the part I was venting to him about the cherries and he thought that I was mad at him I was frustrated that he wasn't answering his phone this is a time sensitive issue so naturally I'm going to get frustrated anyways he wrote me to text talking about why did I treat him that way all I said is if I can't get a hold of you then I will have to write a bad review so he took a personal and this is what he texted me : "That is a lot of nice things that you've said to me when you never even had a part I have all your text messages. I never thought someone like you would be that way when I was doing trying to help you I was even gonna go to the junkyard to help you ma'am. I didn't even charge you a lot to come and do your car. I can't fix your car. You don't have a part and where it drove and wasted an hour of my time driving up there and you brought a whole bunch of stuff to me more respond to her Mann. What would you give me a bad review for? Give me one cause I'm tired of working on cars people. I don't know why you think you could treat me like that. Please find somebody else. Write me a bad review. I don't care: To me that's very unprofessional anyways I apologized profusely and ask him to please finish the car only to find out that he blocked me so since he doesn't care about the review you'll see how that goes so I had a friend Come and help me out To put things back together Only to find out that there are Parts missing Now I have to spend more money to replace the parts that he carelessly And obviously Didn't care what happened to them I found some parts on the ground Couldn't find the radiator cap the battery connector positive side apart missing off the battery cable connector had to go by that so the friend that came and help me mind you is not a mechanic and put it back together for us. So the whole purpose of hiring a mobile mechanic was to get it done that day obviously we needed the part which is fine so now it is here it is day three my friend said that he unconnected stuff that didn't even need to be unconnected so to me he was tweaking on my car that's the whole impression that I got so very unprofessional you get what you pay for I would never recommend him ever he was not confident in his work which may be hesitant in the first place in the first place I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt sorry I'm writing a novel but this was totally a bad experience I mean okay he can refuse service but what he should have done was finished what the hell he started in the first place instead of losing our parts trying to put the pieces back together like a puzzle with missing pieces anyways hope you'll find this review helpful and don't go there oh and another thing just complaining how somebody canceled on him that was his rent money as a professional you don't complain about your personal finances or talk bad about other customers shit happens you have to be prepared to accept changes that'll be on your control And not express Two other customers Makes you look desperate My opinion Anyway
