The worker seemed more interested in watching the soccer game than providing accurate information, which led to incorrect advice. I would not recommend getting an inspection here. If you do, I strongly suggest asking whether the workers are certified and requesting to see their credentials. It’s frustrating that they claimed something needed to be replaced when it was actually brand new.

Needed my MAF, throttle body, fuel injectors, and spark plugs cleaned/checked. Initially I am quoted for $1100 total to get all the repairs done. I am fine with this as all the services were broken down before hand so I could shop around. I decided just to let Emily's do the job. I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick up after work. Thanks to the services rendered in my car overlapping they actually took about 400 bucks off the total price. I wasn't expecting that. Between the fast service and the honesty I give then 5 stars!

Went in for a car inspection and it wasn’t too busy. However, the front desk folks were busy so I waited for a couple of minutes. After the wait, the gal told me I had to get a tire inflator kit bc the city of Seattle requires it for Teslas - since the car doesn’t have a spare tire. After I went to auto zone, the place was packed and there was only one parking spot left. I was expecting to have to wait a long time beyond the 20 mins the website says it would take for the inspection. Fortunately, it was only 40 mins. The inspection was a breeze. Given the circumstances, this place is great. It’s probably busy for a reason. Oh the price was VERY REASONABLE. it was better than the 2 other places I got a quote.

***DON'T GO HERE FOR VEHICLE INSPECTION*** Lyft will NOT approve vehicle inspection performed by Emily's Garage and here's why: They have a newly certified mechanic by the city of Seattle, but Lyft will NOT approve the inspection form done by Emily's garage and they will say it's between Lyft and City of Seattle's matter of business and updating their website. So your $66 will be wasted and Emily's garage will say they have nothing to do with it. *Update: Following the business’s reply — when I visited again in person, I was told the manager (Rochelle) was busy and unavailable to speak. Fine, I waited hoping I could have a brief conversation to further discuss the issue, but that didn’t happen. This experience reflected a lack of basic care for people who come in for support and trust. While, the situation is understandable, Emily's Garage puts the accountability towards the City of Seattle and Lyft completely. Emily's Garage knows that this is an on-going issue, but they won't stop what they're doing. And until this is fully resolved, drivers will continue to waste their $66 and again, Emily's garage will continue to say this is not their problem. Long story short, Folks, you won't get your car approved by Lyft, so you're better off going somewhere else.

They are wasting customer time and giving harassment. I did taxi inspection with them and they missed one column. When i went to city of seattle they said call them and ask to modify that column. But when i call Emily garage they said you will have to come personally we will not update on phone. I got cancelled my city of seattle appointment because of there mistake and loose my time. I made another appointment with city of seattle for next week. But i loose my money because of them. When i came in garage back it just took 1 minute to update and manager/owner said we could update on phone as well. But staff did not make it its lack of knowledge i guess or just giving harasement intentionally to customers but i got harassed.
