I always have good experiences here. I purchased my car here in 2021 and bought every extended / pre-paid service package possible. Most of the time they call me to remind me to schedule service, which is a big help. Everyone I've ever interacted with here has been kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Burien Toyota damages vehicles and does not take responsibility or provide a fix. I went in for routine service and a tire patch and left almost 3 hours later with a majorly scuffed steering wheel, which is very irritating when turning. The rip/scuff on my steering wheel was not repaired when brought to their attention because “there is nothing they can do about it.” They informed us that we could “try armor all,” instead of taking responsibility for damaging my vehicle and attempting to repair it, or applying the armor all themselves. This place always takes hours to get simple services done. For this particular visit, additional maintenance was added on, but when we come for basic oil changes we are often there for an hour to two hours. The tire patch mentioned above ended up being irreparable and I needed a new tire, no big deal. They didn’t have the tire in stock so they needed to order it, also no big deal. The issue is the tire came in the next day and no one called me. I called 5 days later after driving around on a spare tire to be told that it’s in and I’d have to take off work for them to put the tire. Someone should have followed up with me. This place makes you bleed money. We have bought both of our current vehicles here and have been using them for the past 5 years, but we are officially taking our business to another Toyota dealership.

This place goes above and beyond in their customer service. By far the best Toyota location I have dealt with! They have been a pleasure to work with every time and are more than willing to make accommodations and provide excellent service. They truly care and it shows. Highly recommend purchasing from and or taking here for service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE. Normally I don't write reviews, but this was such an awful experience. I will never come back here again and would rather drive further to a service dept that I've had better experience with. I came in for 30k service appointment for the first time about a month ago and dropped off the car in the morning around 10am. I was told there was a recall for the corolla fuel tank that they could replace that day. Sure why not since I'm there. They said my car would be ready in the early afternoon. They did not call until 4:30pm, 6.5hrs later which should have taken only a few hours. They also didn't have the fuel tank part in stock which will be on order, so I was told to come back after they receive the part. I scheduled a second appointment a few weeks later just for the fuel tank. Dropped of the car at 10. I was told to wait in the lobby and the advisor will get me to check in. 15 min goes by, I check in with the advisor George and he looked at me all confused. He said he was not given my paperwork and will check me in. I was told by the advisor "it'll be ready by 3pm or sooner". I leave since I live nearby so I can walk back later. 5pm rolls around and no text or call from the advisor. I showed up at 530pm to check on the status. It was at that point the advisor said they need to keep the car overnight. What?! I asked if there was a bigger issue I'm not aware of. No, the advisor just found out 15 minutes ago the technician couldn't get to my car today. All that time was wasted. There was another customer in front me dealing with the same issue, waiting for the entire day, without any updates or communication and service not completed. I understand if they're short technicians or it was busier than expected day, but at bare minimum, there should have been some kind of communication and plan in place. ANYTHING! Had I not shown up before end of day, were they planning to call me to let me know at all? How was I supposed to get to work the next day? They didn't even offer a loaner car, I had to ask for one. Not even an apology was said. This service department is severely lacking in basic communication skills to their customers and even amongst their own team. They have no consideration of people's time and are extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the time and headache to go anywhere else but this place.

Very shady and unprofessional experience from the service department. My car sat in the shop for 5 days before repairs began due to terrible communication from the service advisors. I was given an extremely high quote after dropping it off with several line items I did not ask for. After calling and talking to a different service advisor who didn’t know the dealership already had my car, he gave an entirely different and lower quote for the same repair. This shop will also charge you up to 10% above the quoted price because in their policy this does not require owner approval. I will never give this place my money again.
