Kevin was awesome along with other service members. They were all friendly and made sure I got the assistance I needed. Came in for a steering wheel swapped on my FL5. Kevin made the process easy and simple. Kevin was friendly, personable, knowledge about the FL5 which helped a lot. Appreciate him and the service dept there!

Bonus was the service tech sent me a video of the inspection done, so I know if there was anything critical that needed attention. Highly recommend Rairdon Honda at Burien for great service!
View on GoogleI have had my CR-V serviced at Honda of Burien (Rairdon) for 7 years. Unfortunately Helen was not there this time. She is the best, who has helped me with a few difficult things. This service was good. They try to get additional work out of you. I will do it when I am ready. The person I dealt with was friendly and efficient. And, although it took longer than I expected, the work was done correctly. For such a small service department, they do amazingly well.

I got a call from Shane to apologize and explained because with the car wash that take a little longer. I appreciate Shane go extra mile gave me a call and explained the situation. I would give him an excellent on his customer service. Definitely I will be back for next service and my next car. Thank you Shane for doing great jobs.
