best auto body and repair

Purchased a good deal on Groupon for a wheel alignment offer at Best Auto Body and Repair. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the service was great. My car steers and drives so much better. The owner of the shop was very kind, and actually took the time to visually show me my brakes and rotors (while the tires were off for an alignment) the brake pads were low, and rotors were warped. It was nice to actually see get a visual of the repairs needed. I'm scheduling for a brake job and I do recommend this shop.

I would like to recommend this shop because I appreciated the honesty of the owner. My story is kind frustrating hehe...I went to shop to do oil changes then the owner recommended me to change the cabin filter and they would order it if I am ok with it. Of course I would love to, the first time I have been told it will arrive at 2pm, my phone was out of charge so I have been using the charging there waiting for my cabin like over 1 hour, but unfortunately my cabin filter didn't arrive because of the shipping order issues, so I have been told that the cabin filter will be in next shipping which would arrive at 5pm. The situation was frustrating to me and it doesn't worth the time that I have to drive back home 30 minutes then coming back 30 minutes each way, but luckily I don't have anything planned, so I decided to wait another 3 hours...I don't feel happy inside of me but upset doesn't fix this situation at all. So I have waited another 3 hours until 5pm, finally I thought I can be released to going back home... But the owner told me that his employees makes mistakes that my car doesn't have cabin filter.. Which means over 4 hours waiting is nothing. For that moment, I just had nothing to say .. Hehe.. a supper unfortunated day.. but on the opposite, I do appreciate the owner told me everything and his honesty for business, of course he refunded me more money than what I had to pay for cabin filter also have me change oil free for the future. Overall, it was unlucky that I wasted over 4 hours yesterday at shop but it was a lucky thing that I found a car shop that has a responsible and honest owner to handle everything. I definitely would love to use this shop in the future.

Quick fast, professional service, oil filter was included in oil change price. They had me in and out less than an hour, front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. I will return here for future oil changes.

I made an appointment yesterday and was amazingly seen today! As busy as this shop is (which is a good sign) I wasn't rushed, was treated with the utmost respect and was told strait forward what is truly needed. This is a honest business which I appreciate immensely. I had gotten an oil change at a place that rimes with foil pan renwe that costs substantially more and they didn't even clear the service light on the vehicle! Hassan is kind, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgable. A'rika, and Rafael made me feel like family:) The coffee they'd taken out of thier busy day to make was phenomenal and I'm not even exaggerating. Please support and protect this business at all costs! If your looking for a place that operates with integrity and cares about your customer service experience, COME HERE!
