Mikey's Mobile Auto Dr.

I woke up Tuesday morning to find the starter in my wife’s 2019 Subaru Crosstrek had gone out completely. I sourced the part, went and picked it up, then started calling shops in the area and everyone was booked out days & weeks. I started looking at Mobile Techs dreading the fact that I was going to get hosed on the premium for the service and then I came across Mikey’s Mobile. Several others had quoted me exorbitant amounts but Mike had baseline rates that would be more in line with a local shop. Mike was awesome! He arrived SAME DAY to my residence in Buckley, WA, was fully equipped, knowledgeable AND quick. He reminded me of an old school mechanic who simply found a way to solve the problem. He got the job done in less time than the book hours dictated, did it right in my driveway, made no mess and honestly, was a cool guy to talk with while he worked. Mike is a solid individual and I will call on him again when I need a tech to come to me. Side note: he came in under the best shop price in the area by $60…I was so impressed by that that I gave the extra to him as a tip. I mean, if you have the means, how do you not hook a true professional up like that. Thanks Mike!

So why aren’t you responding to my texts about finishing the work you started, if all these 1 star reviews are false? You were plenty responsive BEFORE I paid you. ETA: mike has continued to ghost me months later. Left my riding mower deck laying on the ground. He has even turned off reviews so no one can leave honest reviews and is posting fake five stars. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR

Mike from Mikey’s Mobile Auto Dr. LLC was a lifesaver. I was having serious brake issues and he came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He was honest, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The brake work was done efficiently, the car felt immediately safer to drive, and the price was fair—especially for mobile service. You can tell Mike genuinely cares about doing the job right and keeping people safe. If you’re having brake problems or need a reliable mobile mechanic, I highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be using him again.

We were stranded Sunday morning when my truck gave out because the amperage gauge showed that we were losing all power. Luckily I noticed this and we took the first exit off the I-5 freeway. After opening the hood and checking my battery terminals, etc, everything looked okay. When I went back in to start truck it was a no-start and just clicked as the battery was drained. I figured I had a bad battery and/or the alternator failed and not charging. I called Mikey and he was very helpful over the phone with what he thought it could be. He came out, tested my battery and determined the alternator was bad. Fortunately, the battery was still good. Mikey replaced my alternator, and the serpentine belt. In this process I remembered my air filter needed to be changed and hoped it was still under warranty. With Mikey's help at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts, he does a lot of business with, I got my new air filter under warranty with his help. I also saved a lot of money on the parts as I paid at Mikey's cost. Mikey, did a great job for us as he was thorough, and his rate was fair for the work he completed!

Wonderful service! He helped me fix my cars coolant issues, worked on the repair for hours until the wee hours of the morning. Waited until I did a test run to make sure it was working properly and was so helpful. Definitely will have him work on my car again.
