First, I would like to say the dent work is amazing, absolutely perfect. But when I got home I was horrified to see my car is absolutely covered in swirls that were obviously caused by a brush. I know to NEVER use a brush on a car, especially a black car with brand new ceramic coating and paint correction. So I went back to the shop and spoke with Jim, on 3/31/26 about a hour after I picked up my car. He lied to our faces and tried to convince us a brush was not used. He said “shop dust can causes scratches”, and, “when cars come in all banged up and damaged, scratches are going to happen”. I told him “the car was ceramic coated and had no swirls before I dropped it off.” Jim then continued to deny using a brush, insulting my vehicle, “when you get a show room vehicle in, you know, we take special care, but when you get a Mustang in that looks like it’s been through hell…”. To be clear, my car was brought in to do cosmetic work for a dent on my rear quarter panel. Not a major collision. After messaging the owner, I went in today (4/3/26) to show them the damage. Again, they denied responsibility, claiming a video of water streaks (not scratches) on my door was proof they didn’t cause the swirls on my hood. But the swirls weren’t just on my hood, the swirls are also on the quarter panel that was freshly painted when they repaired the dent. This makes it impossible for the scratches to have already been on the car. They did offer to try to “buff out” the scratches, but this still leaves me needing to replace my ceramic coating just a few months after it was done. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, especially because of how amazing the dent work was.

I have been to ACC Collision two different times. Both times they got me in and back to me the same exact day. The couple that runs that place is absolutely amazing! And I would suggest anybody having any work done on your car take it to them! The prices are decent and they treat you like family!
