Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. Been going to them for over a year now for regular maintenance. Their tint service is really good as well. Prices aren’t bad. They can do anything from fix up my old not running car to basic maintenance on my newer car. I 1000% trust these mechanics.

My engine light came on and I drove to Precision Auto Works so they can diagnose and fix the problem. I'm glad I did because it's a great shop with good reviews. A major work was needed to be done on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara and Adrian, the owner was completely up front with repair estimates. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Adrian and his crew were very friendly and attentive throughout the repair time to ensure the work got done and done right. They took care of it, and I felt the price for repair I paid was fair. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable as well. Definitely come here to have anything done on your vehicle! They're that neighborhood auto mechanics that you can trust. I took my shuttle bus I’m converting to them to fix the hoses to the radiator. I had it towed there. When I talked to Levi I said I wanted an estimate before any work was done and was told he would call me. That was Friday. Monday morning I call to get a status and was told it’s done! Wait what I didn’t get an estimate. I pay $467 (wow). So I pick up the bus and within 10 miles it completely overheats. One of the guys came to help because I was on the side of the freeway. He tells me the temperature sensor has gone out or it was an air bubble in the radiator. I watched as he added 2 bottles of antifreeze. That must of been a huge bubble. Shouldn’t they have checked that before I picked it up, I mean really I just paid $467 for this job. We get back to the shop and I’m told I need a new oil pressure sensor and temperature sensor. Ok. I ask how much that would be and get told they will give me an estimate after lunch. I sit there waiting after about an hour I ask the worker at the front desk if they have my estimate yet. He goes to check comes back and tells me $411. I let them know I can’t afford that and because the bus is drivable I will come back later to have that done. He goes back to let them know and comes to tell me the work is done. Again….no estimate no permission for the work. They did allow me to take my bus but now I owe the money I really can’t afford. This is my thinking and feelings. I am a senior woman on my own. I truly believe they took advantage of me. I verified with another mechanic I have known for years (I didn’t go to him because he is out of state). He has been a mechanic all of his life. He told me it should never have cost that much and he felt I was taken advantage of. I am really disappointed in this place. If you’re a single woman don’t go here.

They charged me not over nine hundred dollars to change 102 cents are out. Which I admit isn't the easiest job.But they also included that I had no vacuum leaks. And after paying them their money, I found out that I still have vacuum leaks, and i'm still dealing with it today.Going to the a g r system, they are a fraud to the people that work 3 to 5

I have been taking my vehicles mostly to this location for more complex work since I moved to the area back in 2023.
