Did amazing work on my AC and did it all on short notice. I had a trip coming up and he was able to get it done in my needed time frame. Will ten out ten go back again. As for price I didn't have time to check around but it seemed to be very reasonable for the work that was done. Definitely cheaper than a dealership.

Decided to find a close automotive shop for my cars. Stopped by Chavez in Smokey Point. They got me in both times for my vehicles a RAV4 and a Jeep. My transmission fluid needed to be changed in both. They managed to get it done the same day. Did a great job. Running smooth. Recommend.

I went to Chavez Automotive for a tune up on my 2017 Nissan Rogue on 3/21/2026. The customer service was wonderful—and the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. The price was fair and matched what I was originally quoted at. I recommend this business to anyone in need of automotive mechanic services.

I went to Chavez for the first time at the recommendation of my in-laws, and I’m so glad that I did! They were responsive, able to take my car quickly, and provided a very fair and transparent quote. Alongside the quote was a detailed inspection report that included urgent issues, issues to be aware of for the near future, and what passed inspection. Once I approved the quote, my vehicle was ready within hours. Chavez has my business, and they should have yours, too.

NOT HERE. I showed up asked to have my alternator replaced and made an appointment. Was told it would only take 2 hours. So I need the truck for work so same day works for me. I call asking ETA, was told they would call me before they close. That did not happen. All my work gear and badge I need was in the truck. Had to call in. The next day called 8 times and no one would answer. FINALLY got a return phone call. Manager Victor I think said sorry he can't control when his guys get done. Pick up truck when I got it home I double checked and found vacuum hose not attached. Wires not connected hoses miss clamped and parts miss routed. What's the point of charging me mo ey if I have to fix what you did not do correctly. Now I have to spend more time to take it back to get the part I stalled correctly
