I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this situation deserved one. I’m a 22 year old female and had never bought a car on my own before. This was my first car purchase. I chose a 2020 Ford Escape, and unfortunately within a week it started having transmission issues. Understandably, I was very panicked. After taking it to Ford and seeing the cost it would take to fix, I was extremely stressed. I contacted Northwest Auto Remarketing and they were incredibly helpful and patient during such a stressful time. They truly wanted to make things right. John was especially amazing throughout the entire process. They ended up putting me into a very reliable car at no extra charge. Needless to say, I’m very pleased and very thankful for how everything was handled. I really appreciate the way they stood behind their customer and made it right.

Russian Roulette on a car. You will pay off a car that is dead and non drivable or let it get repossessed by the bank as this dealer refuses to act on any issues. It’s appalling! Truly is. Save your money. These are the places people only hear about in horror stories and Urban legends. I bought a LandRover and was informed that the salesman would put his gramma in it he trusted it so much. The car dealership said to get the oil changed right away as they don't known when done last. Jiffy Lube wouldn't even change the oil. They turned me around and said it's to rough sounding and they can't take the liability. Over heats and goes thru a gallon of coolant a week. All the issues, Mechanic said it needs 4-6k work done. I was expecting a little work not so much that I might as well let it start on fire. I left this review and was asked to take it down so they could work with me on it right after I bought it… Nope. Now I’m done! They could not as the owner was on vacation. Vacation. My car and yours is paying his fun in the sun. I have a car I am making payments on that refuses to start. I fixed the leak. Pay for it my self. Then within days!! The car goes into limp mode. It’s kinda hot out here folks.. desert… middle of nowhere I’m a good looking woman in the side of the road…. Again I have to tow it back into town. No mechanic can get a code from it. Checked with FIVE!! (Do you know what it takes to get them to run diagnostics on a car that doesn’t move? I tow it to them and pay the diagnostic fee!!) Won’t turn over. Won’t start. Everything says it should be fine. Crickets from the dealer. I texted and the response was I signed as is and they do not do inspections on their vehicles. Do not be fooled by that pretty shop they have. They will not use it!!! At least not for you. They have your money so you can scurry off and die as far as they are concerned…. I put less then 500 miles on it before it killed over. And needed almost $7,000 in work and still will not run. Speaking to the bank they said as there is no law in regards to lemons in used vehicles in the state of WA (and the dealer refused to send paperwork for registration to my home state in MT) I have to register it in WA and use WA laws. I live in and have MT address insurance and Montana ID… seemed shady, but the salesman was kind. However the bank says WA lemon laws do not apply to used cars and my options are pay it off or let it get repossessed. I guess looking at the reviews and spelling skills of the replies, that is what everyone here is stuck doing.
View on GoogleIve been meaning to write this for awhile now. Jeff and his son are a scammer duo and they are very disingenuous. The owners runt got me for 20k on a truck that has been an absoulute nightmare, it constantly has codes or needs some kind of repair just to be able to drive a month until, you guessed it... another repair!!! These guys refuse to take any accountability for damage that came with the truck wich shows their personal and moral values towards peoples hard earned money and investment. So don't think they won't do it to you. They will because they dont have a conscious. I have every reason to believe these guys knew the truck had issues and they just didn't care to be transparent as long as they made the sell and got rid of their problem. 0/10 for integrity 0/10 for honesty. Karma is real and she doesn't forget or forgive ANY bad deeds. Have a fantastic day.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE!!! buyer beware!!! THEY DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR CARS! update: A few weeks after i bought the car, i started having issues with the belt that fell off while i was on my way back from spokane. 10 days to be exact after i got the car, the car couldn’t move. The water pump, tensioner and belt then needed to be replaced. i called them after making a review and they said they would help cover the charges for the parts as long as i changed my review back to a positive review but since i was not in spokane they couldn’t cover the labor, they told me to go take my car (with the belt hanging off) down the street to a place they called. the total was $900 and i payed the $500 for labor. When I bought the car i noticed the seatbelt light and assumed it was because i had items on the seat. after leaving the mechanic i noticed that it was still flashing with nothing on my seat. upon looking at the owners manual, the light means that the air bags are currently not active. at that time the sealant from the windshield that they had put in was now dangling from the side of my window while i was driving. other issues that became present during that time was that jiffy lube said there was a leak, and when i’d get to 40mph and continued accelerating, a whining noise from the hood would start and stop when i stoped accelerating. around a month later the car wasn’t starting every time and the check engine light came on so i went to orileys where they told me it was misfiring. i bought an ignition coil and had it replaced and the issue still was there so we went back to spokane to try and get some help since when buying the car i expressed i needed something reliable to get me from school to home (north ID to southeast ID)and now it’s time to go home. The experience was horrible. We arrived to the dealership and instead of justin there was john, who didn’t know me as well so Brandy caught him up “she’s the one we helped pay for the parts before.” he brought his scanner out to my car where we spent 10 minutes telling me that since the check engine light code was off there was nothing he could see and that “his tests are causing the misfires right now.” He then started watching a youtube video on how to fix the airbags which he told me weren’t working because of the lights in my car (if you scroll down enough you can see they said that to other people to for having different issues) and then didn’t fix them. he made an attempt to punch the windshield sealant back in which after a week came back off. Now it’s time for the test drive to see why the cars making the noise when i accelerate. he gets out of the passenger seat to drive and immediately revs the engine so loud you can’t hear anything going on besides that while he is driving. he proceeds to ask me “i don’t here a noise, do you hear a noise?” and then moves the car side to side to see if it’s a ball joint, which his test told him it wasn’t. after he asked me the same demeaning question i responded that “i couldn’t hear the nose over the way he was driving” which he then told me i was being rude while he was being polite. he continued asking me the same question until i told him to just take us back so i can leave because this just wasn’t working. they continued to see if i wanted their mechanic to look at the car for a few days but i said no because i just didn’t feel safe there and i didn’t want to put more of my money into them. they let me leave again with the inactive airbags and they didn’t look at any of the paperwork from mechanics or orileys. i drove back down to south east idaho and while driving through town my car was overheating and misfiring while i was driving and now is again stuck somewhere and i was stranded and i’ll need to pay another few hundred dollars to add to an already $10k car. John treated me like no lady or person should ever be treated. I understood i was driving a used car but i wish he would’ve given me something safer, knowing i was doing long distances. if his kids drove this car, they would end up on the side of the road just like me
View on GoogleWARNING. I feel like they are not honest. I bought a truck from this place about 2 weeks ago. When I bought it, Jeff told me that the truck was in really good condition. 2 days later it start having problems (various sensors leading my mechanic to tell me that the transmission is bad). And turns out the break calipers are bad too because my truck caught on fire a few days ago due to the calipers not opening. When I brought my truck in, Jeff was extremely rude to me about the issue. He begrudgingly had it towed to his mechanic who is still working with it. Its been 3 days now since they are closed on Sundays and he hasn't been very responsive through Facebook messenger. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. If you're going to buy from them, bring your own mechanic because they're not trustworthy. UPDATE: it took about a week at the mechanic and cost me $2300 to get the entire front break system replaced. They tried BRIBING me to remove my review. They said if I took it down they would pay for half of the cost to repair the break system. Not even a week later my truck caught on fire again with the same issue($2300 down the drain). I tried contacting Jeff about this and he has not responded.
