A small tire shop that you actually get to work with the owner I took my truck after a leveling kit to a big brand name tire store and had it aligned twice and they never did it right and they didn’t test drive. They just went by what the machine told them. Bison tires employees did the same but the owner took the time to talk to me to find out exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact custom alignment it needed for the leveling kit it had and instructed his employees what to do. Now it drives perfect! Big box tire store also put in a bad hub and bent something causing it to rub on the rotor which made a grinding noise which is another reason I brought it in. I’ll be working with Bison Tire from now on. I was loyal to the name brand company but they have gone downhill in knowledgeable staff and quality work.

I love small business especially family businesses. I had to get a flat repair and they got me in quickly. They did it complimentary and I thought great, until I discovered two small gouges on the edge of my rim, most likely from improperly loosening the bead. Farewell to my streak of no damage to my vehicle. I left a $20 on the counter for the work crew to get doughnuts, because I was originally happy about the service before returning to the car. Your mileage may vary, but I'll most likely not be a return customer.
