Bryce/Brycon really awesome knowable guy helped me get a super nice truck today! Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided, he deserves a raise for his negotiation skills and excellent service. Super good guy I recommend buying from him. He let me take my time testing multiple vehicles and was so quick to kindly inform us of cool features for each vehicle and was overall extremely knowable on everything involved in the process.

The first one I was interested in sold the morning I was scheduled to test drive it, but instead of giving up, Zack took the time to show me other options and continued to keep an eye on their inventory. Whenever something came in that matched what I was looking for, he’d reach out and let me know. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with kindness, respect, and absolutely no pressure. The communication was outstanding, and I always felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle, not just sell me one. I’ll definitely be returning to CAL Cars in the future and would highly recommend Zack.
View on GoogleI haven't bought a car in a long time. My fiance and I needed a reliable car. And we went in for approved. The guy who worked with us was very nice and very quick at his job. Helped us find a car that we liked and was in our budget. Then we started to have car issues and couldn't get a straight answer. My fiance complained to upper management and we got a text back a week later asking if we still had our car and if we did someone really wanted to buy it. Granted I have a feeling they wanted to make it right. So we got approved for another car and so far so good.

My trade in was only worth 500 dollars on blue book but they gave me 1200 and I purchased a 2018 mustang gt. Taylor Simpson is amazing. Not too pushy and genuinely trying his absolute best to sell me a vehicle at a fair price. He was solely focused on making sure I was satisfied which is hard to come by with salesman they cut my payment in half and gave me a decent discount off the car in general just from communicating my needs. Overall fantastic customer service and sales experience, I highly recommend giving them a chance just make sure you’re transparent about what you want and are looking for. There was a lot more they did for me service wise but the post is already long! CalCars airway heights 5 star service.
