I'm going to echo one of the other reviewers with saying "STAY AWAY!". Sent my son over to get his first experience with an oil change and they saw an easy mark. They never asked him what level of an oil change he wanted and charged him $143 for a Valvoline Restore & Protect Oil Change, which is a legit oil change, but was not needed or wanted. I called the shop and they said they would make it right on my next oil change, well that'll be a year from now. Try the ladies at 5th Street Lube and Tune. They are legit, honest, and have great customer service and don't upsell their customers. Next stop is Kiwk Kar corporate office to file a complaint.

If you're looking for a good and honest shop to get your oil changed, and tires balanced and rotated, this it the place! No trying to relentlessly upsell you stuff you don't need. I went in for a simple oil change and state inspection and told them exactly what oil I wanted. When I came back to pay, my bill was over $170. I normally change my own oil, so I wasn't sure if that price was normal. After telling my parents, my father called other Kwik Kar locations because the Wylie location wasn't answering the phone. Other locations quoted around $80 for the same oil change and even said the price I was charged seemed unusually high. I never asked for premium oil or any upgrades. I specifically requested a certain oil, yet ended up paying much more than expected without a clear explanation. Since I don't usually get my oil changed at shops, I initially assumed the cost might be normal. After comparing prices, I realized it wasn't. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location, and if I decide to have my oil changed at a shop in the future, it definitely won't be here.

Oil Change visit. Great Service! Super fast, in and out in about 20 minutes. I only had one issue. Even with the 20 coupon online, The location was still about 40 dollars more expensive then getting the oil change done at the dealership.
