I had a very disappointing experience with this shop in Dallas. I came in for a simple trailer issue and ended up being charged $450 for basic diagnostics and minor work. The pricing feels extremely high for what was actually done. There was no clear upfront estimate, and I was not properly informed about the costs before the work was completed. The breakdown of charges does not justify the final amount, and it feels like I was overcharged. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead left feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place and suggest others be very careful — always ask for a detailed estimate before agreeing to any work. Very frustrating experience.

We took my husband's car here to get it fixed and it only cost a fraction of what the dealership was asking for. And because my husband's car has been running smoothly since, I decided to take my car in because it was squeaking. Todd found out there was something loose on the spare tire due to time. He fixed it for me and said it was so simple that he couldn't even charge me for anything. Now that's a great and honest mechanic that you can trust. I asked him repeatedly if he was sure there was no charge? He said no charge. I highly recommend coming here to see Todd if you have any trouble with your car.

The suspension was warn out and making all sorts of popping sounds on my 2006 ford super crew 4wd. I went to several different places to get a quote to replace every part on the front suspension, rear shocks, flush fluid in the rear, front differential, transfer case and 4 wheel alignment. They were over $1,000 cheaper than the next quote. Dropped it off on Wednesday morning, it was ready to be picked up the next day at 2 pm. It drives like a new truck, couldn’t be happier. I've known Mike for several years now, ever since he was working out of the East Plano location. He treats everyone with respect, kindness, and TACT. Finding a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic is like finding the perfect significant other, dentist, etc. He has high-level character, accountability, and business ethics. He has a college degree that he displays proudly in his new office, and it really shows he paid attention in school. This means he's going to quote you the accurate price and get the job done right, and if you're not happy he'll go out of his way to make it right. He's a Saint who really cares about his customers.
