CityLine (Wes and Chris) have been absolutely amazing to my family and friends. My husband and I followed them from a different shop and have gotten to watch the shop grow. Which I have to say, is no surprise with the service they provide. They are a smaller shop (like a mom and pop shop) but they hate to say NO, which I’m always thankful for when a car emergency pops up. That being said we’ve always be flexible and patient, seeing as they are a busy shop. They never charge for Diagnostics unless it’s something that will take several hours. If so they have always called and explain why, but never over charged for Diagnostics or work. And let be real you can’t find anyone cheaper. With them growing, they just hired someone to the office from what I can tell has been an amazing addition and smart business move (if your goal is to grow). Every time I’ve spoken with her she seems to know her information and enjoyed her job. All that being said, from anyone we’ve recommended that have gone there and received service, have always said thank you, since it’s truly hard to come a across a mechanic shop that does not try to take advantage of people.

I took my car to this shop to diagnose a coolant leak. A pressure test was never done. I was told that my car needed two new hoses to fix the problem. I paid $400 dollars and my car is still leaking coolant a week later. Would not recommend this shop.
View on GoogleBy far the best experience I’ve ever had with mechanics. Everyone there is so kind, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes! I’ve had Chris help me out a couple of times and he is very genuine and determined to help fix problems as efficiently and painless as possible. I came in to the shop with a lot of frustration because nobody could figure out what was wrong with my car, and Chris made sure he did everything he could to determine the problem and fix it very quickly and for a great price! This is the only place I will ever take my car from here on out.

View on GoogleCity line Automotive was one of the best experiences I have had with a mechanic. Wes was able to get me in quickly and had my car serviced within an hour. He was efficient and friendly. They had a few waiting rooms available that were cool and comfortable. They even had free wifi. Also, they took the extra step to explain what they fixed and why it was broken before just handing me my keys and saying "see you later". City line will be my mechanic of choice for my vehicles going forward, and it should be yours to if you are in the area.
