We received a mailer from Top Line Mechanics and decided to give them a try when our check engine light came on. I’m so glad we did! The service was outstanding from start to finish. They were able to get us in the same day, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Hayden was our main point of contact, and he did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with the vehicle, walking us through the pricing, and keeping us updated on when the car would be ready for pickup. The communication, transparency, and customer service were top-notch. The issue was fixed and I was good to go! I highly recommend Top Line Mechanics and will definitely be returning for future vehicle needs.

I have a 2015 Range Rover that needed to have the tire sensors replaced. After a complete diagnostic work up on the entire vehicle, it was determined that this issue would best be handled by a Dealership due to the specific nature of the of the part and calibration. They spent 45 minutes analyzing and researching the issue and the cost was $0.00. Definitely not what you would expect. I will be having all other service issues done at their shop on all my vehicles in the future.

I’ve had a great experience with Top Line Car Care and would definitely recommend them. Hayden at the front counter took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car, along with the different repair options available. After the initial testing was completed, they came back with recommendations but never pressured me into anything, they simply informed me and let me make the decision, which I really appreciated. I’ve gone there twice so far. once for a battery replacement and once for a new transmission. Both times, everyone was professional, helpful, and very kind. They even provided an Uber ride home on both occasions so I wouldn’t have to sit there waiting for hours, which was extremely thoughtful and convenient. I also appreciate that they offer payment plan options to help customers manage larger repairs. Overall, the customer service and professionalism have been excellent, and I’ll definitely continue going there for my future car needs.
