I had two service calls. First one didn’t catch my issue as the light brake squeal went away and my front pads still had some life in them. Paid the service fee but was informed that if I used them again it would be applied to next service. I did end up having to call the next week because I noticed within the week a grinding noise coming from my rear passenger when braking. Called it in Friday, and on Sunday morning ~ 1 hr or so, both rear rotors and brake pads were replaced. Rear driver side rotor had grooves and pad was worn and rear passenger pad was worn down to the metal on one side, and rotor had rust (my truck has 112k miles and rear rotors were never replaced). Tech Marcus arrived during appointment window. He was courteous and meticulous. I tremendously appreciated being able to schedule service for when it was convenient for me, not having to wait in a shop with other cars. My previous service fee was applied to my final bill and my rates were reasonable. I also research the parts used and were confident in their quality. Very satisfied with service and highly recommend!

It was a really good experience. I didn't want to take my car to a dealership and wait there or have someone pick me up. I didn't have to be hassled with up sells. However, the technician, Dustin asked if I needed a brake fluid flush which I did and it was way cheaper than I know a dealership or oil change place would charge. I just had my rear brakes and rotors changed out. I will certainly go this route again if I need outside help with my brakes! They came and did it in my work parking lot and was done within 45 minutes.
