A distinctive whistling began as he pulled the dipstick. "You hear that?" he asked. "Hear how the engine sounds different?" he continued as it began to rumble. "You have a cracked seal," Jamie announced with confidence as he replaced the dipstick. The whistle and rumble subsided as he looked for the source of the oil leak. Though he had other diagnostic tools, years of experience and know-how were clearly the first thing he applied. I asked the requisite questions with a sense of dread, knowing that a dealership or corporate shop would charge thousands to fix an oil leak. "How much will this cost me? How long will it take?" "Oh, probably two or three hundred dollars," Jamie replied with a grin. "I'll have it done today." I handed him the keys as relief washed over me. The dealership or a corporate shop would have charged me that much just for the diagnostic! "Come on and hop in the truck," Jamie directed as I mirrored his smile with gratitude. "I'll drop you off back at your house." I picked up my car later that same evening as a spoof of those old Mastercard commercials began to roll through my head: * Total repair cost? $290. * The ability to retrieve my car after hours because Jamie lives on-site? $0. * Finding an auto mechanic I can trust? Priceless... I just found my forever mechanic :-)

Jamie and his team took time out of their busy schedule to find the problems and explain what would be needed with all the price breakdown. The issue was more than what we anticipated but Jamie and his team worked tirelessly and long hours in really bad weather to help me out at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I highly recommend them. They are very honest, hardworking and would go above and beyond to help out their customers. They have customers best interests in mind. Jamie and his team also got the job done in record time. It is a breath of fresh air to see people like Jamie and his team in the automotive industry. 10 out of 10.
