View on GoogleFrom the initial phone call, after calling about 10 mechanics in the McKinney, Plano, Farmersville & Wylie area, Colt made my very difficult decision so easy! We took our Lexus in for a Pre-Purchase inspection, Colt explained in detail what was great and what needed attention. Pictures along with all documentation to support the findings were provided for me to easily share with my husband! The entire staff made me feel like I was at a friend’s house! We have found our trustworthy mechanics! Thank you guys!

The owner actually came out and we had a good conversation, not about cars or other shops, just a good conversation and that made me feel like I was an existing client. That was my first time being there. Their prices are very reasonable. In conclusion, I will definitely return and tell others about them.

To that end, Integrity wanted “to verify” what the dealer stated needed repair. I so appreciated that. Then quoted a price much more reasonable. Very appreciative. Colt took me to see my car and explained what the issue was. Absolute transparency. Very appreciated. The waiting room very spacious and clean. And they even offered a ride home and back if I preferred. Very appreciative. Cannot recommend them more highly!!
