I highly recommend this shop! I took my car in for an oil leak, and they answered all my questions quickly and worked incredibly fast to get me back on the road the other day . The staff is very friendly, polite, and—most importantly—honest. While another shop quoted me over $1,300 and said it would take weeks to finish, this team fixed it quickly . As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating to navigate auto repairs, but they were so respectful and made me feel completely comfortable. I encourage everyone, especially women looking for a trustworthy respectful mechanics , to bring their car here. You will never regret the decision!"

So my journey started with H&K about 8 months ago. I had an engine block blow and I wanted to get a shop to help install a brand new engine block from Toyota. Usman Khan the owner seemed to give a good timeline and estimate. I thought it was fishy at first when he wouldnt put the total work order as a quote. I payed for engine removal and engine block and head installation. He left my car outside the shop in the sun for 6 months, all my front windshield from was cracked, which I had to spend more time and money to get it painted and reinstalled. He would always increase the quote at every chance and not stick with agreed upon standard cost of labor. He outsourced the head to be machined and reafdy to be mated. Provided the quote for labor and I paid. When it was finished he surprised me with a bill exceeding original quote by over $500. I did not approve any of this work, but he still wanted me to pay. I hired mobile mechanic to finish the work that was left, during coolant bleeding mobile mechanic found it odd that the lower radiator hose was cold. I paid to replace the thermostat, mechanic discovered thermostat was installed the wrong way not allowing valve to open. Mobile mechanic conducted combustion leak test, it turned from blue to yellow indicating fuel leaking into coolant. His conclusion was H&K motors negligently installed thermostat the wrong way. H&K Motors will not recitfy their mistake and negligence. Do not be fooled by the owner he is dishonest and is either negligent, incompetent, or vindictively petty.

Pathetic service, With lot of money (thrice of online price) charged for car parts , Very rude behavior. So I request you all to never visit this miserable work shop. The worst work shop ever seen in Texas. Please be aware don't even think about it to visit or to recommend someone.

H&K has been servicing cars for years. Shop around for prices and they can't be beat. Usman and Andrew are on top of it. They’ll order parts ahead of time and get me in and out. Weather it’s ADAS, ceramic coating, tint, diag on German and domestic cars and even diesels. They do it all. They are the types of people you can call at 1am and they’ll answer the phone.
