C&M Tires saved my sanity (and my tires) My wife had a surprise flat and drove on it just enough to separate the sidewall and make it leaky .... not completely destroyed, but definitely not something you want to trust on the road. So I rolled into C&M Tires hoping for a miracle and maybe a used tire… no used ones in stock, but they gave me a fair quote on a new one and zero pressure. Already a good start. I came back later and the garage guy took one look and basically said, “Hey… you know this other tire is plotting against you too, right?” 😅 Sure enough, another bad one. I asked them to replace it — turns out they didn’t have my exact size, so they mounted a slightly smaller tire temporarily and actually took the time to explain why it would be safe short-term and that they’d have the right one the next day. Here’s the part that really impressed me: they got me rolling again and only charged me for the new tire. Let me run the temporary one until the correct size came in, no drama, no upsell, no weird pressure tactics.....just honest, solid service. Next day we came back, they swapped everything out quick, prices were fair, and I was back on the road before my coffee got cold. As someone who drives for a living, I don’t hand out praise lightly but these folks were awesome, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. If you want honest people who won’t treat you like you walked in with “please overcharge me” written on your forehead, go see C&M Tires. 👍

I've brought my vehicle here a few times and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and work hard to get customers taken care of as quickly as possible. The pricing is fair, and I appreciate that they explain the work clearly before getting started. Even when they're busy, the service remains efficient and professional. Whether it's tires, maintenance, or repairs, this is a dependable shop that I would gladly recommend to others.

These guys just went bonkers on me. I've come here in the past for new tires and inspections. I went for a simple tire rotation, after rotation I had a wicked vibration. So I called and they said to bring it back because they didn't balance the tires. So I went back and they completely destroyed my center caps when they took them off to balance the tires. I expressed my disappointment and they just told me it was normal and that's how you take them off and got into a yelling match with me with an attitude! These center caps are $60 a piece!! That's $120 worth of damage they caused with zero remorse. They should have offered to pay for my center caps instead of sending me home after causing $120 worth of damage to my wheels. On top of that it's still unbalanced.

Last time I went here they chunked my brand new wheels I paid 1000 for that same day new and said “they were like that must of got curbed before” and they was literally new. After that me another 450 to fix them. They used a pry bar to put on my tires, called the owner politely asking to figure something out and he just hung up on my face. I highly recommend staying away from them

Ok, let me start by saying that I have been going to this tire shop for about 2 years now and have had wonderful service in the past. Today, however, is a completely different picture. There is a random person who I haven't seen ever in 2 years working there today. One second he claims to be the manager, the next he is the owner and he's a millionaire in walmart tennis shoes and thrift store clothes. He also claims to have been in business for over 40 years and he's about that old......makes you wonder? I went to have tires installed today that I purchased. I was told by this person it was cash only. The reason I was given was that I brought my own parts and on labor only, it's cash or nothing. This is 100% unlawful, and if he has been a business man for 40 years, he would know that. My personal opinion is that he is scamming clients for cash on labor only while the boss is away. I have paid with a card ONLY for the past 2 years. It's really too bad. The actual owner has always been very nice, friendly and accommodating. After today, I won't be back. It only takes one bad or rotten apple to spoil the bunch, it looks like they found theirs.
