I took my 2013 Sequoia in for a bad timing chain rattle. It wasn't exactly a job I wanted to do at home and I knew it was gonna be pricey. I'm glad I took it in because the issue was way worse than a timing chain tensioner going bad. They took care of it and got it back to me very quickly and was pleased to not hear a god awful rattle when I started it up. Even when the A/C went out the following day they got me back in ASAP and got it taken care of within a few hours. I highly recommend them.

These folks are honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a necessary service. I took my son’s truck in just to have them remove the Freon so that my son could then replace the compressor. Matt went out of his way to get additional information from my son to make sure it was indeed the compressor before he spent the money to have the Freon removed unnecessarily. They also told me to bring it back to have it recharged, and that was included in the price of removing it. They charged $100 less than other places were going to charge just to remove the Freon. I was very impressed. Their shop was so clean, you could almost eat off the floor!

To answer Toyo Masters Question of was I satisfied and did we resolve my issue. YES, yall are incredible! You guys took care of my truck and was able to align my truck, something the Toyota dealership wasn't willing to do. You guys welcomed me in and not only treated me well but your staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your business and will return for more work once needed!

To be honest I never give 5 stars to anyone but this team were professional from the initial phone call to meeting them at the shop. I explained the issue and they knew exactly what was wrong. Dropped my vehicle off and an hour and a half they contacted me they completed the repair. I would recommend ToyoMasters to anyone in the area for their auto repair needs. Thank again ToyoMasters!

Bought a used Nissan Versa 2017; car wouldn’t go beyond 2000 rpm when the lights were on. Matt explained they were backed up on orders, but that they would still take a look. Matt & team were able to take the time to diagnose the vehicle and quickly fix the issue at a reasonable price, plus they were able to work around my work schedule (drop-off right before close, p/u after hours). I’ve never been treated so well at a mechanics shop. I appreciate the attentiveness to the customer and high quality service. 6/5 stars!!
