I had a great experience with Freedom Auto Shop. Everyone there was very kind, helpful, and guided me in the right direction on everything I needed to get done. They worked quickly, communicated well, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of just getting me in and out. My car has been through many different states, and I’ve visited plenty of auto shops over the years, but I can honestly say I’ve never been to one that cares about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend them if you want honest people and great service.

Jon and his crew were extremely professional, timely, and had great communication. I have been a customer for years and John has taken care of mine and my family's vehicles. After any major or even small job he has always called or at minimum texted to ask about how the vehicle is doing after the maintenance. A great automotive shop.Jon also gives different price options for those on a budget. He gives professional and knowledgeable recommendations on jobs he recommends getting done before others on the vehicle. This shop has grown a lot over the years as Jon used to run this shop on his own and has hired new trustworthy and very knowledgeable mechanics. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a very reasonable, flexible and very passionate mechanic shop. Thank you Freedom Auto the years of fantastic business!

I am very impressed with Freedom Auto Repair. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I got a call from my wife while I was out of town for work telling me that our Toyota wouldn’t start. She was unable to locate our jump box. That’s when I searched for a local shop and came across Freedom Auto Repair. I called them and right away I knew I had found the right place by the way I was being talked to and the persons understanding of my situation. You see, because I was out of town it was very important to me to find a shop that I can trust and would work with me in this situation. My plan was to have the car towed to them the following day because it was now late and the tow company I have used was unavailable. To my surprise the shop manager offered to have one of his technicians that lived close to us bring the new battery to our house and install it. I was elated at this offer. What a remarkable shop to go above and beyond. This shows exactly what kind of a company Freedom Auto Repair is and how focused they are on their customers needs. I can confidently recommend them to you. You will be just as satisfied as I am. I’m sure of it. Thanks Freedom Auto Repair you have my business from now on.

If you are anywhere in Conroe, GO HERE!!! Repairs were done at a great price and in a timely and professional manner. John and Henry were great with communication and they replaced my starter fast and at a reasonable price. My truck turns over like new!

I have lived in Conroe since 2018 and I have had some pretty bad experiences trying to find a trustworthy mechanic since moving here. I took a chance on these guys and it was a great decision. I will not go anywhere else from now on! These guys are great!
