Texan's Auto Repair & collision- Clear Lake

So I initially came in due to an accident and was treated well so I decided to go ahead and let this spot take care of the repairs. These guys treated my truck damn good as if it were their own. By the time I left I had them install a lowering kit and modify my exhaust. All were done flawlessly with no complaints, my only “issue” was the timeline. It took longer than initially planned but it was done right the first time so all in all I’m a very happy customer who will be returning.

I fought in my 2022 Hyundai Tucson with front end damage. Motaz was extremely professional and friendly. He saved us by helping get us into a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired. The quote he gave me was very reasonable, and he was able to fix a couple of other minor things at no extra cost. Motaz sent progress photos and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The car looks better than it did when I purchased it and the work they did is clean and well done! Would highly recommend them for any body work you need done to your vehicle! They were easy to work with, they know what they’re doing, and they are honest and fair on their pricing!

We came in on a Saturday to see about a quote for two vehicles. A 2024 Camry (white grey color) and a 2021 Mazda (white color). Our son backed up into his brother's car. As soon as we walked in, Moutaz greeted us. We explained our situation and wanted a quote. Already panicked that this was going to cost us an arm and a leg when he mentioned that the Camry would need the doors replaced. We were pleasantly surprised with the quote; it was doable for both vehicles. Throughout the process, Moutaz kept us updated on the repairs and even found us a good deal on tires for the 2021 Mazda. Repairs were pretty quick, too, which was a plus. Would definitely bring any of our vehicles here and will recommend them in a heartbeat. What stood out most was how friendly and professional everyone was. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was working properly before I left. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. Overall, I really appreciate their honesty, speed, and GREAT customer service. My recent experience with Texan’s Auto Repair & Collision (Clear Lake) has been exceptional. I arrived near closing on a Saturday evening and was kindly greeted. Nissan had closed at noon, so they weren’t an option 😒 I was able to register my complaint and leave my vehicle in their lot until Monday. The company also provides 24/7 security. Diagnostics and quotes were immediate and reasonable. Same day A/C kit replacement was completed and I cannot express the relief I received. I will be returning soon for scheduled external repairs. I appreciate Basel and his team for his patience with my unexpected and very stressful situation. Their teamwork is phenomenal which made me feel confident in my random decision to choose this auto repair shop. I also “walked in” today for my annual safety inspection and received immediate service. I can’t thank you all enough 😊
