I had a very disappointing experience with Ash Automotive and would not recommend them based on the customer service we received. My son called ahead and was specifically advised to bring the vehicle on Thursday before the end of the day for drop-off. We made arrangements accordingly and arrived as instructed. However, when we got there, no one was present at the office initially. After waiting, someone finally arrived, but instead of assisting us professionally, we were greeted rudely and asked, “Why did you come at this time?” We calmly explained that we came based on the instructions provided to us over the phone, yet the individual continued with an unprofessional attitude and ultimately refused to accept the vehicle for drop-off. We understand businesses can get busy and scheduling issues can happen, but respectful communication and professionalism should always be maintained, especially when customers are following the guidance given by the business itself. Very poor customer service experience overall. I hope this feedback helps improve how future customers are treated.

Contrary to everything you have heard about auto repair shops, you will find Ash Automotive a pleasant surprise. I have found this to be the most honest and upfront workshop, a rarity. Ash has been maintaining my family vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Mini, Toyota, Honda, Nissan) for over 20 years and has never disappointed us. He is a master mechanic who never looks for shortcuts, uses high quality parts, and always backs his work. I genuinely recommend him to all my friends. He is always busy but with a little patience, you'll have a mechanic that you will be recommending to your friends too.

Ash and his team are amazing. They are trustworthy, friendly and more importantly, honest. No BS- they will never lie to add on services to get extra money. He only recommends what you need. I have been coming here since 2022 and now that I am shopping for a new car, I have been bringing vehicles to his shop for a pre purchase inspection at NO cost. Other places have tried charging me $300. It’s been stressful but he has been so assuring through the whole process and he will never steer you wrong. Him and his team stay busy but I am always in and out quickly! Thank you Ash and your team, for all that you do!

Highly recommend Ash Automotive. I took my 2009 F-150 to a different mechanic to have the motor replaced and it sat in their parking lot for over a month because they were “ too busy and backed up “. After countless days up checking up on the truck just to be told they haven’t even started yet my buddies recommended that I call Ash to see if he would be able to do this motor swap. so I called ash automotive to see if they could do the job and he assured me he could have it done in a week. I had the truck towed to his shop and sure enough the following week the truck was finished with a fresh motor and was back on the road. They even noticed missing bolts here and there and threw some in and tightened stuff down for me. They do great work. I’ve always been the kind of guy that does his own repairs but a motor swap was out of my comfort zone and I’ve always been sketched out by mechanics but these guys knocked it out of the park and restored my faith in mechanics. No upselling, and no bs. Did exactly what I wanted them to do. Will definitely be bringing my cars here for any big jobs I don’t have time to do myself.
