Jason was the best. He was able to get my jeep in and fix the part the same day. He also charged me less and he quoted me, saving me $70. Absolutely will be returning, grateful for businesses like his who are honest and do good work.

My car wasn't towed and just sat at a parking lot for 3 days because his tower guy never picked it up. hung up on me and told me get a ride because im asking where my vehicle was. Also made a comment I tried to play that card. Will never be back here again horribly disrespectful. Unbelievable how I was talked to!
View on GoogleOver the past few years J&I have worked on my car a few times. They seem to be honest, care about goals with the vehicle(s), have reasonable prices, and stand by their work. This was particularly evident when last year my catalytic converters needed replaced. Periodically afterwards I would still receive errors. They were intermittent and never appeared when I poked my head into the shop. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Dealership quotes 6k for work that needs done. J & I did it for a third the price. Did more than the dealership identified. And replaced the cats again at no charge because it was apparent the ones they had installed 12 months ago weren't up to par. I will absolutely recommend them in the future, and they have earned loyalty from me to help keep my cars on the road as long as possible.

View on GoogleLet me start off by reminding people how hard it is to find an honest, reliable mechanic who legitimately knows what he or she is doing. It can be near impossible, especially if you are new to a city (or even if you are not new). When I found out my car needed transmission work, I was less than thrilled about having to look for someone to do the job. After reading through Google reviews, I found Jason at J&I Auto. I cannot say enough good things about Jason. He has been nothing but honest and transparent since the first phone call I made to his shop. Laid back, easy to talk to. No sugar coating. Patience of a saint. The man knows his profession, and to say he knows it well is an understatement. I got my car into his shop and diagnosed quickly. He told me my options, got the job done fast, it was done correctly, and it was done at a unbelievably fair price. I never felt like I was being pressured into getting work done that I didn't need, and I never felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. It's safe to say that Jason cares about his customers. I highly recommend J&I Auto to anyone who is needing work done on their car or truck. When my car needs work, no matter if it's an oil change or if it's rebuilding my transmission, J&I Auto is where my car will go. Customer for life!
