Costco Tire Service Center

These reviews the negative are now what i experience. I replaced all 4 tires, booked an appointment and got my car in one hour tops. I wouldn't take these reviews to heart. Give them a chance. Bryce and Allen were excellent

I reviewed other reviews to make sure I wasn’t the only one and I’m most definitely ain’t. This is my second time coming within a year and once again even with an appointment they take sooo long to even get started on your car. Not only is their in person service not the best, even over the phone just trying to schedule an appointment, I got put on hold three times and had to call again two days later. It’s 11 am I called for the next AVAILABLE appointment and they said 4:45. My daughter gets out of school at 3:30 so instead of going home and driving back I thought I’ll come to Costco first with hopes they’ll take my car in sooner. Gave them to 4:45 to possibly call me to let me know my car was ready and nothing. Waited maybe another 20 to be sure and nothing. So at 5:10 I walk to the window to see if my car was there and tell me why IT WAS BARELY getting driven in to get worked on! It’s currently 5:56pm and IM STILL WAITING!!! With two kids by the way, ready to go home. This isn’t the first time either! Even last time with a Morning appointment they still took forever. As someone who try’s to have so much grace and patience, this really is frustrating and I hope they fix their system soon.

Overall, this was a horrible experience based on customer service — not the tires themselves. The tires appear to be manufactured well, but the experience from check-in to pick-up was extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, I clearly explained the diagnosis of my tire issue — a specific sensor was causing a leak — and that I needed all four tires replaced. Based on that conversation, I believed everything discussed was included in the purchase. However, upon check-in, the customer service experience immediately declined. The staff member was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. The timeline provided for completion was inaccurate, and the service took significantly longer than promised. Additionally, the final quote did not match what was originally provided — either on the receipt or over the phone. Extra fees were added, and the total was higher than expected. Throughout the process, multiple staff members gave conflicting explanations that did not add up, which only increased frustration. To make matters worse, my chrome valve caps were replaced with green ones. When I asked for my original caps back, I was told I never had them to begin with — which was simply not true. Overall, the product may be fine, but the customer service, communication, and professionalism were extremely poor. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Fellas do a great job here. Communicative and friendly. Had a tire blown, Costco replaced it with $187 credited towards purchase of new tire. Additionally, the spare I had on, they installed back under my truck for me. That’s great service.

Went in person to the desk at the store asking for replacement tires. Provided VIN, license plate, make and model. I was asked to pay up front for the tires even though they wouldn’t be available for a week. After they came in, I was told I needed to make an appointment to get installed. After bringing car to the appointment I was then told that the wrong sized tires were accidentally ordered only after the original tires were taken off my vehicle.
