We were very pleased with the service we received at Clear Lake Auto Service. The team did an excellent job with the repairs we needed completed. Our service representative, Tim, took the time to explain everything beforehand so we understood exactly what needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Tim kept us updated throughout the entire process. Tim and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We truly appreciate the communication and quality of service. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Clearlake auto. Tim the service manager was polite and did everything possible to keep my cost down without sacrificing quality of work or safety. I was really appreciative of Allen the mechanic who carefully thought out how to resolve my issue. He took his work home through the weekend to return to the office with a solution. I was called with each hiccup to ensure I was comfortable with the work requested and the cost.

Tim and the Clear Lake Auto Service team came through for us big time! My wife and I both had issues with our vehicles pop up at the exact same time. We’re going out of town in a few days, and the dealer wanted to charge us an arm and a leg just to look at hers. Oh, and they couldn’t get to it until next Tuesday! But Tim and the crew got us both taken care of in under 2 hours. We were expecting to need to leave at least 1 overnight, but we were in and out! They are all professional, courteous and honest. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, and we’ll always give them a shot to earn our business in the future before looking elsewhere. 10/10 experience!

I really can’t think of a mechanic shop that has taken care of me as good as these amazing folks! Kathy is always so nice and Tim is very helpful and always knowledgeable. If your looking for honest work at a fair price that stand behind there work then this is the place for you!

Honestly I would give zero stars but it will not let me.I would highly recommend not using them , they are over priced to the point my warranty company made me pay the extra amount out of pocket. Now three months later my father let me know I only had one wheel spinning when I took off to get out in traffic (which I usually don’t do because my car is a v8 and drinks gas when you open it up)and I checked to see if my upgraded limited slip differential was leaking because that can cause the clutch packs inside to slip, I noticed it was a completely different differential. So they swapped my 1000-2000 dollar limited slip differential upgrade to an open factory differential which you can get used for 200 bucks. So I recommend not using them and if you do make sure to take pictures of every upgraded part and throughly check your car when it leaves. Also when I went to talk to the manager about it he first said he would put it on the lift to show me the diffential ( which I already know is different because the lsd diffentials have heat dispersing fins on the bottom and open differentials do not ) and when I politely told him no because I don’t want them touching my car he became very defensive trying to tell me that the company wouldn’t put in the labor to change it when they were already being underpaid by my warranty to change my fuel pumps. His argument makes no sense because it wouldn’t be doing me a favor to switch out my expensive upgrade with a cheaper part. Which is frustrating to me because that seems like a good motivation to steal from me when you look at the price difference and realize it takes three bolts from the frame and removing the driveshaft from the differential to change it out. It’s a direct swap with no need to tune the car, with a very wide price difference.
