I took my daughter’s Infiniti to Watauga Auto to get the AC repair. When we arrive there’s damage to the hood of the vehicle plus the passenger side headlight busted. BTW the LED unit $1700.00 What really bothers me is the lack of ownership. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t take appropriate action and I felt brushed off. The gentleman also states that everything had been torn apart and sitting on the hood when he arrived. I assured the gentleman the vehicle damage I’m reporting was not damage prior to me dropping off the vehicle on Tuesday morning. So if they were not at fault why cut the price of the repair. The original charge was over $3K. You lack integrity. BUYERS BEWARE! I paid for the service and now having to pay another $3,000 in pairs for damaged Watauga auto repair shop caused. Own it! Damaged caused. Visible damage front hood on passenger side. Hood dented and paint chipped also passenger headlight broken (broken, chipped, cracked). The lack of ownership. So I wonder now does the owner have the integrity to make this right? This place has high ratings but I wonder if they posted themselves. This is why folks don’t support Small Business 4 days ain’t heard from the owner! A joke. I would NOT do business…

View on GoogleThis place is great! Definitely found a reputable and honest shop. Had to get a check engine light with a sticker due. Followed their instructions and got my emissions test, in/out within 20 minutes. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful. Will definitely be returning with any issues i can't figure out myself. Thank you to the two mechanics and Andy that worked on this old caddy for me.
