Usually I use a place close by for state inspection but was close and try this new place for me and my vehicles. I was very impressed with them. Very friendly staff , clean and neat please, great service 👍 quick and fast inspection, I was out in no time. Went this morning for an oil change and inspection, drove to the back like the sign says and waited for an attendant. A man with dark curly hair asked me if I needed an inspection, I said yes and he said it will be 15 minutes and starts to walk off. I said I also need an oil change, and he yelled well now that will be 45 minutes! I said I’m not worried about the time. I then asked if I could leave my car because I wanted to go inside and he yells LIKE I SAID I’ll let you know when we’re ready!! I’m not going to lie his rude attitude set me off and I cussed him out and said I’ll go somewhere else. If you don’t like your job and don’t want to work then don’t, but don’t make people feel like you’re bothering them when they show up to receive the services your company provides. I went down the street and got what I needed from people who seemed happy to help me even if they were pretending. I’m not a rude person at all, I walk into businesses very polite, but I will match your energy! Whoever owns this business needs to check their rude employees… I’ll never go back, there’s too many other places I can go with employees who at least act like they want to help. If that dark curly headed dude in the black cap reads this, I was the woman in the black Mustang who was there the morning of 3-13-26 DO BETTER!!!!

They may not greet you or let you know you they see you. Then Wait a bit but then suddendly, “which one is your car” “what is the problem” then bam! In 5 mins you’re out. Which is all that I care for. Not much comunication but fast service! 👍🏽
