If I could give zero stars I would. Manager Ge and Joe are a total joke here!!! Brought 2 new rims in for tire mounts and got scratched wheels on lips of wheels and when balancing wheel they scratched faces of wheels and also broke my TPMS sensors while doing all this. After scratches they proceeded to tell me I brought scratched rims in and it wasn’t their fault!!! Joke, joke, joke!!! Then they proceeded to refinish my rims 5 TIMES TO GET THEM RIGHT!!! 3 weeks later and multiple trips to get the rims done correctly and WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!! Lies, lies, lies from these guys thru whole process. Then to mount two tires cost $86.60. Go back to ASK for refund and get $75 back!!! The his whole place will ruin your wheels then give a run around—- be weary and go somewhere else like tire shop across street or town but whatever you do DON’t GO HERE!!!!

Joe took care of me from beginning to end with the purchase of my BDS 3-in suspension lift kit,upgraded 2.5" HTO Fox Shocks, a steering stabilizer and all the necessary brackets to relocate the sensors on the truck. He also assisted me in a wheel and tire package that came with a front wheel alignment and the crew also installed a new low profile Valance on the front bumper and new rear wheel liners. The entire process was professional, courteous and customer service driven. Dropped the truck off at 8am and was ready for pickup at 630 pm. I'm very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Joe and the crew if you're looking to get a lift kit, wheels and tires on your truck. Thank you!

This place always comes through for me. Today I went to a different company to get a nail out of my tire which was at the top and nowhere near the side wall, they said it couldnt be done and I needed a brand new tire!! Wth. These guys at Texas Tire found 2 nails patched me up and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. Great service and great prices, I will never go anywhere else! Good job!

Great pricing and service. Called in the morning out a deposit and tires were ready to install 4 hours later spent 5 minutes waiting and they were done in less than 30 minutes same price as big box stores but no extra fees for road hazard warranty which is exceptional as I had to use 1 time on my last vehicle. G runs an efficient operation.

First and foremost I hardly ever take time to leave a bad review. But after knowing and experiencing the process of the "finance" option here. I am at an absolute loss of words. I came by just to aquire 4 new tires for my Toyota Tundra. I decided to go the finance route due the things going on in life. So it seemed to be the easier option. Well I was horribly wrong. The company Texas Tires uses for the finance options is called Koalafi. All is well till you read the terms and lease agreement. I agree 100% it was my fault for not reading through this completely and all of the following repercussions. So I'll be 100% transparent for anyone considering this as an option to obtain new items for their vehicles. I STRONGLY recommend you stay far away as possible from doing their finance option through Koalafi. I got 4 new tires and a level kit. Total cost $2400. It's weekly withdrawals from your account, and if you do not pay this off within 180 days, I'll say it once more. IF YOU DO NOT pay this off within 180 days, your tab for said items will literally triple in price. I'm 5 days past the 180 day term, which again is on me, yet I now owe $7847.05. I'm absolutely mind blown I'm here right now. Already not having the necessary funds to get these tires, I'm in an even bigger hole than I started out. What I thought would be a easier financial decision to obtain these tires, which mind you don't fit properly on the truck since the day i left the shop, I now am floored. I fell for this con scheme. I cant get over the fact I made this decision and it's become what it is now. I'm sure there's some cool people that work here and are good at what they do, but I will never recommend this place or their finance options to anyone. EVER. I will say thank you for opening my eyes to the way yall operate and the way this finance company could offer terms like this. And for anyone who doesn't trust that I'm being honest about all of this I will attach photos as well so you may see what I'm dealing with. I hope this at least saves a few hardworking people trying to make ends meet, not come to this same standing. Just run away from this as far as possible. $7847.05 for 4 tires is the cost for convenience here at Texas Tires.
