I am so honored to call Al at Road Service 1 Auto Repair my personal mechanic. He is honest, down to earth and does a phenomenal job of giving true feedback of your car needs. I have had my car serviced at dealerships, and never felt as confident about their suggestions as I do with Al. This family owned business is a gem for the community. If available, he is always able to accommodate and work around different schedules. From oil changes, to radiators, to cv axles and more - Al is a master at getting it done! I cannot recommend Al and his team at Road Service 1 Auto Repair enough! I ran into an issue on a Saturday afternoon, and despite the timing, they saw me instantly. Within 15 minutes, Al had the issue diagnosed. ​I needed a new AC compressor, and he gave me a very fair price right on the spot. He promised to have the vehicle back to me by Monday, and he delivered exactly as promised. There were absolutely no hidden fees or "surprise" charges when I picked it up. To top it off, they even topped off my oil and coolant as a courtesy! ​It is rare to find such honest people who do great work at a fair price. The fact that they offer weekend hours, after-hours support, and even mobile roadside service makes them a lifesaver. If you need a mechanic you can trust, go see Al.

The absolute best mechanic ever such great reasonable prices !!!!! The owner is so down to earth he sent me pictures of everything he did explained and everything. Please don't look anywhere else this mechanic eos truly the best he actually fixed my car and gave me advice on how to maintain it and keep it running well. I am so happy with how my car turned out I forgot to mention he even fixed my tire it had a nail in it I had no idea !!!!!!!!!!!! He fixed the ball join upper right and left arm the spark plug oil change my car is running great.!!!!! You are seriously the best I'm so grateful I called !!!! Will be coming back !

I was having ac issues and after much research, came across this little hidden gem- I spoke to the kind mechanic Al, left my car, and the sweet receptionist Jess drove me home. Within an hour Al contacted me with video proof of the leak he found and upon my approval, had my ac fixed and car ready for pickup 2 hours later. This man truly works miracles! I'm moving to Virginia next week and feel so relieved that my car wasnt just charged like past mechanics have done but that the root of the problem was addressed and taken care of. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to have found Al and Jess and only wished I had found this shop sooner! I will always recommend Road Service 1 Auto Repair even all the way from Virginia!!

Wonderful service and value! He and all his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. He fit my car in first thing the next morning and had my air conditioning fixed and my car back in the road in less than an hour. I know he should have charged way more than he did for this repair. I’m so hateful for his help. and for my nice cool air during this summer heat!
