Quik's Oil Change + Car Care

So far so good. It took a while, but it has worked out so far. Quik's replaced the a/c condenser and associated components on my 2020 GMC Sierra. Expensive, but what isn't these days. I like that they had a loaner vehicle that I could borrow. Much better than having to take my wife to work and bring her home every day. GMC dealerships don't offer that. They were willing to Uber me home when I dropped it off because their loaner wasn't available that day. When it was returned, I was able to pick it up. Nick was great to work with and kept me informed pretty much throughout the process. Even comped my annual inspection. I'll use them again.

Brandon helped me with my AC, brakes, CV axle assembly and so much more. He made sure that the issues I came in with were left and my car feels newer. Thank you Brandon!

I would give zero stars if possible!! Women should AVOID at all costs. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism through coercive and intimidating behavior!! After bringing my car in for necessary repairs, I was quoted approximately $1,200 and initially authorized the work, they ordered a new wheel and said they would get started when the new wheel arrived in a couple days. I felt uneasy about the sticker shock, but agreed. Within an hour, after consulting with family, I called to request a day to consider the expense. At that point, the tone of the interaction changed entirely. It was truly a switch that flipped. I was met with immediate pressure, intimidation, and repeated calls from both a manager and a technician, despite clearly stating that I simply needed time to decide, and even informing them that they could cancel the order for the new wheel if need be while I mulled it over. When I chose to take my car elsewhere, I was informed it would not be released without signing a liability waiver and arranging a tow, which I did. Even while settling my bill, staff continued to pressure me to proceed with their services and scold me for taking it elsewhere. I ultimately had the same work completed by another mechanic—parts, labor, and towing included—for $700, and my car has run smoothly for nearly three months. While I understand businesses may set their own prices, and that is their prerogative to do so. I do not find aggressive, coercive sales tactics acceptable. Whether this treatment was gender-based, as I STRONGLY believe it was or simply standard practice, I found the experience unprofessional and predatory. I would not recommend this business.

I recently got an oil change here and had an excellent experience. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Nathan, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions without rushing me, and made sure I was taken care of. You can tell he really cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place

I brought my C7 Z06 in for a transmission fluid flush and both Brandon & Robert did an amazing job. I appreciate them for letting me take videos and pictures while they were working.
