My radiator literally blew up 100 ft from Monty's. Long story short, they had a competitive and fair price but I just did not have the means to pay for it at the time. They took care of me though to the best of their ability. I was able to get my repair done myself and I have since gone back for an oil change and I'm very satisfied the service. I don't look forward to further issues with my truck but I know where I'm taking it.
View on GoogleI came and got an oil change and out of all the places I’ve been in Texas I have felt more comfortable at Monty’s. Fast and efficient service. Being a woman I find it overwhelming to go to a car shop. Monty’s staff is kind and hardworking. I recommend this shop to any one who want to keep there ride riding for a long time. Okay they do need better wifi.
View on GoogleTerrible communication between the front desk and mechanics. I went in for an oil leak. I had been there the day before and the knew what the car needed. I called at 11 for a 1:00 appt. I was on time. I was prepared to wait-they said it would take 2 hours. The waiting room was REALLY cold. I had to sit outside to warm up. After an hour, I noticed my car outside. They said that they had to order a part. They knew (thought) what it needed. Why wasn’t it ordered when I told them that I was coming? And made an appt. Then, after 3 hours, they said it was ready and presented me with the keys….wrong ones! Then, I walked out there, and they were still working on it! Now, 2 days later, it is is still leaking oil! I cant Seem to get anybody in management to call me back……WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! I do NOT recommend this place. I spent over $400 for this problem.

Denise at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to while I waited, and they did a great job on my car. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here. They even offer payment plans too.
View on GoogleWell my experience was incredible. Denise was the young gal that helped me and kept me informed about throughout the entire process. Her and her team did a fantastic job! So far so good my truck is driving good. No engine light, no leaks and I have a warranty . Fair price and the mechanics there were very knowledgeable. If you want your vehicle problems to disappear I highly recommend you give this business a try.
