I am very impressed with how efficient this establishment is!!! I went to get a state inspection and was out of there in about 10 to 15 minutes. I never had to get out of my car and there was no line when I arrived. Each staff member was incredibly nice and professional. I was impressed by how well they worked as a team. Very synchronized in their work together. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next state inspection.

My experience here was wonderful! The employees were pleasant with no high pressure upselling efforts. They offered some suggestions but accepted when I said “not at this time” without any sort of attitude or objection. Pricing was fair and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely return to this location for my future oil change and inspection needs.

I’ve brought my car here for years. Ever since I turned 17 and had my own car. Even my parents go here. So to say the least we have been long term customers. Everyone is kind and they explain exactly what’s going on. I’ve always been happy with them and haven’t had any issues working with them.

Added update** Extremely disappointed — overfilled oil caused serious issues. Wish I could leave negative stars!! I brought my vehicle here to have all services done before driving to California with my two kids. Unfortunately, the oil was significantly overfilled, which has now caused multiple problems. I had a perfectly functioning car before this. No lights on. Since the oil had nowhere to go, it leaked into areas it shouldn’t have and damaged my mass air flow sensor and possibly catalyst converter. I now need another oil change and repairs, hoping it doesn't continue to flow into the throttle body. My car is now throwing error codes P0420 and P1101, and I’m lucky I even made it to California without breaking down completely — especially with my children in the car. What’s most concerning is that this isn’t an isolated issue. After leaving my review, I noticed another customer reported a very similar problem about five months ago. Basic services like an oil change should not result in this level of damage. I have clear video evidence showing how far past the safe level the oil was filled (well beyond the three-dot indicator), along with photos of the oil leakage. I would like to be contacted by a manager to discuss a resolution. This experience was extremely upsetting, and I would not trust this location again. Update: Owner called me and seemed like they would possibly take care of it. Today (1/17/26) they decided they will not being taking accountability for their wrong doing. They said they reviewed video footage and the employee did all the proper steps. As far as performing the oil change and checking dip stick. I told them does their footage zoom in enough to show how full they made it because its crazy to think they are just going to not take accountability because an employee performed all the "proper" steps. I am now attaching another form from a local shop i went to, to redo my oil change. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE! BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION! SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT OWNING UP TO THEIR WRONG DOING. I will be sending a demand letter to corporate.

I had a great experience at Kwik Kar! Peter, the manager, was professional, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. You can really tell he cares about his customers and runs a great shop. It’s not always easy to find places with such excellent service, but this location definitely stands out. Highly recommend!
