Went to discount to replace tire pressure sensors. They told me my tires were too bald to replace them (laughed so hard at that). Those are two independent issues. Not only did Hams replace the sensors, they took me outside to show me the tread gage to show me it was more than enough to be safe. HONEST, HARDWORKING, and FAIR traditional service.

Is this place under new management? Ive lived in thid area 10 years now and they are the go to place for me. We'll thats a done deal for me. The three service techs literally looked at me crazy and then one just waved me off to the office. Im just there for air in my tires. Why would I need to stand in line behind 7 people for just air in the tires. Then the guy checking people in didn't have the greatest attitude with one customer, who wasnt sure of something that he need . He rolls his eyes and walks out with frustration to check himself. Yeah customer service must be good on certain days. Its important to keep your composure no matter the situation. Especially to the individuals keeping your business going. Very disappointing!

I have 0 clue how this shop has a 4.3 star review. I called yesterday 3/27/2026 around 4 pm about mount and balancing 4 tires that I have already, quoted 40 per tire, that’s alittle high but fine because I’m supplying the tires. I arrived about 25 minutes later and I dropped my truck off to a gentleman I assume is the manager. I asked how long it would be, he said about an hour. So I asked if he needed anything else from me other than my keys, he said I was all good. I then went over to a buddies place and waited an hour and 20 minutes. I returned to see my truck has moved 5 feet forward, Old tires still on, new tires still in the bed. I go inside to retrieve my keys because obviously this place doesn’t like making money. The younger gentleman behind the counter asked if he could help and I explained my truck hasn’t been touched for over an hour, he then said something extremely concerning for a “professional tire shop”… “we have to charge more because you have beadlocks”… well I have ford f150 raptor wheels with the factory BEAUTY rings. Not beadlocks. So these guys either, don’t know the difference, or are to lazy to actually find out if they are or not. 0 phone call just let my truck sit for over an hour. Unbelievably huge waste of my time. Done with hams. Here’s some pictures of the “beadlocks”
