I took my car here based on the fact they had such good reviews and they were conveniently located but unfortunately my experience with them was not very great. I lost 2 days of work waiting just for a diagnosis after dropping the vehicle off when they opened and initially being told I would have answers after lunch time. Then there was one call made to tell me i would owe a 185$ diagnostic fee and then they never communicated and closed. The following morning I showed up to ask about my vehicle and they showed me a bunch of recommended PM type of stuff but still little diagnostic answers. After 2 full days, they came up with a possible fix but no guarantees and quoted me 5k to fix my vehicle for something that costs 500$ in parts. They lied and said each oxygen sensor costs 800$ to justify the price gouging and extreme estimate. When I got home, i opened the hood of my car to discover multiple parts that should have been clipped in were never put back and were flopping around including the air-intake and the washer fluid reservoire (see video) Very sloppy. Very over-priced. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND! 208$ diagnostic fee with tax, 2 days of missed work and a recommended repair they weren't sure would even work for 5k. Go somewhere else. I wanted to like this place and really wanted to find an honest, reasonable mechanic shop but this is not it!
