Took my vehicle here to get the rear brakes replaced. (They previously did my front brakes & did a decent job). I was told my vehicle was done & as I was driving home I heard this clunking noise. I looked under my vehicle once I arrived home & found that the “mechanic” didn’t put the bolts back in my brake caliper to hold it in place. I called & they dispatched someone to input the missing bolts. (Did not offer a refund or discount on services). PLEASE be careful if you take your vehicle here.

5 stars because they did fantastic work on my 2008 Ford Explorer. I was a first time customer there. I needed a new alternator and new radiator. I supplied the parts and the guys at this place did a fantastic job installing them. My car drives so much better now. Not only that, but they made sure my car was safe to drive after the work was done. It is a big deal for me as I have a 6 month old son. (The owners of my car before me did not take care of it at all) These guys were polite, considerate, communicative, and worked with me on my budget. I greatly appreciate them. I totally forgot the name of the girl at the front. ( my apologies!) but she was so nice and professional as well. I will go back to this place again for any other work that needs to be done on my car. Even my husband is going to take his 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. Thank you guys so much. 🩵😊

Please be careful doing business with them. We dropped our truck off to get the ac fixed, drove down the road to get coffee and head back, to catch the owners cousin taking our truck for a joy ride and completely destroying the front end. He hit that dirt soo hard they had to have a tow truck come out to get it out. That’s his cousin in our truck trying to get it out, along with his truck attached to our truck trying to pull it out. After trying “for months” to get Carlos to do the right thing he has failed to do so. We had a police report filed with them taking accountability for the damages but wouldn’t when it came down to it. So please be careful with taking your vehicles there. I have reported his business to the BBB. I hope in the future you learn how to treat people with kindness and dignity. Remember we are all human beings here. I hope you never have to go through what we have had to go through.
