I was losing reverse in my Ford Expedition. I called up Jeff and he picked up almost right away and was very friendly and happy to help. I really love the attention to detail at his shop. I had some wires that go to some cutouts on my exhaust and they even organized them and tucked them away better than I did and that attention to detail was likely practiced when they fixed my transmission. It works flawlessly now. I am very very pleased. Highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

The customer service is exceptional at this location. Jeff is the nicest guy. I called and no one answered the phone, 10 minutes later I got a call back from Jeff saying g he missed a call. (Like what mechanic EVER calls back after a missed call??? JEFF DOES). I have never ever in 46 years had a mechanic call me back after a missed call. That says a lot. Now Jeff couldn't help with my request at his shop he recommended another shop that was amazing and priced amazing. If I ever need automatic transmission work Jeff will definitely get my work. Thanks
