Tisdale Auto Title Services

My wife and I came to Tisdale's with a particularly persnickety issue. We had done a refi., and the released title had come to us in error. Plus I was being added to the title... and the complexities grew from there. I want to give a shout-out to Belinda and Beatrice. These two ladies hung in there with us through several back-and-forths with our new lender. Their service was phenomenal! They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Beatrice even got on the phone while home sick to assist. I highly recommend these services. Cheers!

Staff was rude and unprofessional. I was treated like a bad person and questioned up and down about my insurance. Even after explaining myself, I felt turned away. When I went to another title place, they gave me my registration sticker within minutes. I called and informed the manager that I felt mistreated and was told that because it was slow maybe that's why they wanted to call my insurance. Their phone was connecting them to a wrong number but when I tried my own I immediately get "Press 1 for auto claim and 2 for home". But the manager said she heard the same message so it wasn't just her coworker. The manager had to remind the woman how to dial on a landline and even to try her own phone, yet there was still an issue? The manager eventually just confessed and said there are fraud cases that ultimately she would've turned away to the tax office. So they really felt I was a bad person. I felt unwelcomed and ashamed. I just got out of surgery and out of a wheelchair so I already had to deal with ugly looks of judgement and for it to happen while I'm barely walking again, felt horrible. Especially from a woman to another woman. It was nice when I visited last year, it's a shame how they accepted my SAME exact insurance, car, drivers license and everything but this time it wasn't "good enough" and could be "trying to get one over on us"??? That's so shameful. Being respectful to your customers will take you far, I promise you. Why do you think I returned after being treated so nicely last year? Never again.

Recommend by family who had been using their service for years. I went to them following getting incorrect assistance from another service in area. Tisdale not only helped me with great customer service to get my registration transferred from another state but followed up to assist me with avenues to compensated for the money I lost from the other company. I appreciate their customer service and community commitment to doing their work well.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were paying customers at this place, yet when my daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, we were flat-out denied. No empathy, no basic human decency just a cold refusal. It’s beyond frustrating to be treated this way, especially as a parent trying to take care of your child. Businesses that can’t show even a minimum level of compassion don’t deserve support. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before giving them their business. She ended up peeing on her self.

I called to get more info on what I needed before I headed that way to do a renewal.I spoke to Belinda, very nice person. I took what they had asked for to Just be turned away, she had asked an employee and then I was sent to get copies that I was told they needed. After getting the copies and got back they said I needed more stuff and it wasn’t going to be possible to get it done. They could have told me this one time instead of going back and forward. I literally went to a different location/ company and they were able to get it done within 5 mins from when I arrived. This location didn’t keep it professional at all. Not to mentioned I was sitting for a long while till they were done doing something on their phone.
