I had an amazing experience at Martinez Tire Shop today. Camelia helped me from start to finish and made everything so easy. I told her what I needed for both of my vehicles, and she immediately searched for the right tires. She set up my appointment, sent me the SNAP Finance link, and the approval process was fast and simple. The installation was done professionally and efficiently. View on GoogleWent on Sunday 8/24 to get a patch for my tire, after few moments it was fixed. First we ask for price and was told it was $20, at the moment of paying were 25 cause it was debit, was disappointed cause they didn't tell me that but ending paying for the service, on my way home noticed they put 41 air pressure when my husband was clear on the 35 pressure, went home to release the pressure and saw that they damaged our rim with the machine/bar, A big white mark/scratch, and wasn't there cause we put air to the tire in the morning. Called back and told us it was not their fault, cause machine couldn't do harm to the rim. My husband went back to show them cause it wasn't there before. It was almost closing time and they just left him outside waiting for the police, cause they kept denying it. Never go back. A $20 service now is a lot more because damaged caused. As they work hard for their stuff we do as well.
