Some years ago I took my Toyota to a dealership to have recall repairs done. While they had the car they noticed I had a problem with my suspension. Made me sign a waiver when I didn’t have them repair it for +$800! I just drove gently and hoped my luck would hold til I got some $ together. My AC quit blowing cold a couple years back and another mechanic we patronized because was “musician friendly” estimated +$600. I thanked him and said I’d roll down the windows. Finally I could stand it no longer. G&G was recommended by a friend. Not only did they do the job quickly and correctly, they saved me a TON of money! The shop is clean, the people are transparent and professional. The presence and demeanor of Molly (maybe the office manager?) immediately put me at ease. As a woman, that’s not always the case in auto shops. But Molly is great and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to any woman or man who wants to be sure that *ONLY* what needs fixing will get fixed, and fixed fast and right, and that they won’t “create” repairs that you’ll have to pay for. Attempted to fix my own garage door after a major malfunction, went from bad to worse. Called some random person on the internet, he said it was a big job and I should call G&G. I did, they did a great job.

Twice I have brought my car here. Twice they could have charged me for repairs. 1st time I thought I needed brakes. They told me my brakes were fine. 2nd time I had it towed to them. Instead of telling me I needed a new engine, Molly told me that they had a bulletin from the manufacturer and it should go to the dealer. She also told me to ask about that bulletin. The result was that instead of charging me thousands (which I would have had to come up with), Ford paid for my new engine. I am forever grateful to G&G and will not take my car anywhere else.

As you can tell by some of the previous reviews, some people just have an axe to grind and don't have much of a problem with stretching the truth. I first came to Glen around 2004. I told him that I only had $500 for the repair and asked for an estimate first. Upon leaving I wanted to kick my self for telling him my budget thinking that the estimate would not probably be $500. That afternoon I called Glen to find out the status of my car. I was shocked and felt a little guilty when he told me that the problem was very simple and that it would be more trouble to take the time to write up a bill then it was worth. He did not charge me for the repair. In the ensuing 11 years I have taken my car to Glen many times and he has always been very honest with me and has always come in under his estimate. Moll, his office manager is also the most knowledgeable lady in the automotive industry. She rocks. I have sent many friends and family to G&G and everyone of them are now very satisfied repeat customers. Glen will treat you right!

I had G&G replace the fuel pump on a 2001 Mustang and replace the timing belt, water pump, value cover gaskets and repair the A/C on my 2001 Villager. I had dealt with Glenn before and found him to be honest and reliable. You can expect quality work and you don't have to worry about being ripped off. My vehicles are older but in great shape and I intend to have G&G maintain them as long as possible. Highly, highly recommend!
